Voltammetric detection of stigmasterol at boron-doped diamond electrode in mixed media

Cyclic voltammetry in mixed media of water and organic solvents was used for this purpose. First of all, the effect of organic solvent on potential window of boron doped diamond electrode was studied. Solvents used were methanole, isopropanole, N-dimethylformamide and acetonitrile; the water components was phosphate buffer (0,075 mol.l-1, pH 3,0). It was deduced from the results, that suitable solvent for detection of stigmasterol on was the acetonitrile, which provided sufficiently large potential window in anodic area. Oscillometric blood pressure measurement

The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of an oscillometric blood pressure measurement method in LabVIEW. It presents the research of blood pressure measurement methods focusing on an oscillometric method. It describes the study of different methods of measuring the systolic and diastolic blood pressure from an oscillometric curve and the implementation of two of these methods in LabVIEW. The accuracy of the implementation was verified with an auscultation technique on 37 measured subjects.

Název: Analýza a zhodnocení propagační strategie SUV Audi 07 Anglický název: Analysis and evaluation of promotional strategy of SUV Audi Q7 Cíle práce: Zhodnocení a komplexní analýza vytvořené propagační strategie vozu Audi Q7 prezentované v České republice; vymezit nástroje marketingové komunikace a jejich využití v segmentu luxusních automobilů; navrhnout další možnosti propagace a komunikace při zachování image a postavení značky Audi na českém trhu. Metoda: Analýza byla vytvořena na základě podrobného rozboru výstupních měřitelných dat ukazujících na úspěšnost jednotlivých kampaní a nástrojů marketingové komunikace; současně byla využita SWOT analýza. Výsledky: Vytvořená komplexní analýza dat potvrzuje úspěšnost celé propagační strategie a vhodnost využitých nástrojů marketingové komunikace; navrhuji další možnosti komunikace, z nichž některé byly již v průběhu kampaně využity. Cost management in the selected company

Thesis focuses on cost management in chosen company. Theoretical part of thesis specifies costs and breakdown of costs. Subsequently, thesis analyzes calculation issue and used methods. Practical part of thesis characterizes chosen company from printing production sec-tor. Afterwards, the thesis analyzes methods of cost evidence, which company uses as a basis for price calculation of its production. To set the price correctly, company needs documentation that records important data about monitored facts. Subsequently, standard calculation procedure on a chosen contract is described. Thesis then presents analysis of enumeration with stated preliminary calculation and resulting calculation. Afterwards, the thesis evaluates used method and presents resulting calculation using ABC method with focus on administrative costs. After analysis of new calculation method thesis describes pros and cons of both used methods. Practical part ends with an example of ABC model implementation. Conclusion includes summary of results, answering the hypotheses and possible recommendations.

Chosen problems of the consumer protection

All of us are consumers. Consumer protection problems are therefore up-to-date subject. I engaged in collecting theoretic information in my thesis. I described legal regulations, public administration authorities and public consumer associations which are connected with my subject. I was consequently interested in sales returns which are crucial part of consumer{\crq}s lives. I analysed each part of this topic including claims for sales returns, rejection and judicial proceedings. I tried to verify my suppositions by theoretic questionnaire and discussion with Mr. Jan Peter. Research via questionnaire was implemented in northern part of Pilsen district with involvement of 50 respondents. I conducted the research personally. According to the results of the questionnaire, I concluded that majority of respondents does not know their rights. There are only 30 per cent of them who know these rights. Majority of respondents were satisfied with sales returns proceedings. Respondents usually ask public consumer associations or their acquaintances for help with sales return problems. Experienced people are able to help themselves. I brought some proposals, for improving the situation, in which I focused on deepening consumer{\crq}s knowledge of their rights at the end of my thesis.

Cura Animarum in the Pastoral Region of Milevsko

The Diploma Work deals with the history and development of Milevsko pastoral region. The Work has two parts. The first part deals with the history of invidual parochial Communities. It covers the era from the Communities formation, paying slight attention to preformation time, up to the second world war. The second part covers the time period from the second world war up to the year 1989. It deals with Milevsko pastoral region as the whole, its development is put in time context and individual events are linked to individual localities of the region. There are following parishes in Milevsko pastoral region: Milevsko, Nadějkov, Sepekov, Hodušín, Opařany, Květov, Lašovice, Kostelec nad Vltavou, Bernartice, Veselíčko, Stádlec, Rataje, Kovářov, Předbořice, Chyšky, Jistebnice and Klučenice.

Vypovídací schopnost účetní závěrky sestavené v souladu s IFRS

Tato práce si klade za cíl porovnat obraz finanční výkonnosti podniku poskytnutý českým účetním systémem s obrazem, který poskytují výkazy zpracované dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví (IFRS). Na příkladu společnosti ATAS elektromotory Náchod, a.s. je ukázáno, jak se přechod na výkaznictví dle IFRS projeví ve vybraných finančních indikátorech. Pro zhodnocení celkové výkonnosti podniku byl dále použit model INFA.
