The diploma work is called: The cooperation of psychosocial crisis workers and fire fighters. Psychosocial crisis workers and fire fighters meet at extraordinary situations - at disasters, where they are in the role's of helpers. The diploma work is written from the position of newcomer, who is learning how to do their job well. The aim of this thesis is to chart the areas and possibilities of the cooperation between these two professions which meet in practice, so that they can make their job well and in harmony with their own expectations and expectations of the others. The thesis bear upon specialized literature from Czech and foreign environment. Procedures and methodics are compiles especially according to the valid legislation and The Standards of psychosocial crisis help and cooperation. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical. Preparing for Marriage

The aim of the thesis "Marriage preparation" is to reflect topics of marriage preparation in the context of cultural and historical changes; to find out whether the church themes of marriage preparation are written from a view "what is good for marriage" or "what threatens marriage." "Entry into marriage" or "stay married". The theoretical part describes conception and development of marriage since the modern scientism (late 19th century) till the present from a legal, the Christian (biblical and canon law of the Catholic Church and Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren) and sociology point of view. Each input describes the definition of marriage, the conditions for its closure and its termination. This thesis focuses on Czech territory. Engagement in the Catholic Church alias Letter of intent

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship commitment in the context of engagement and the period until marriage of Roman Catholics, who celebrated the Catholic engagement ritual. It aims to describe the process of engagement of Catholic couples and the way in which they understand the engagement commitment. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the personal, societal and ritual aspects of engagement. The second chapter explores the psychological notion of commitment and selected psychological theories of commitment. The third chapter captures the emphasis of the Roman Catholic Church on strengthening the couples' commitment in the period from engagement to the wedding ceremony. The time of engagement is a transitional period, during which a person needs to prepare to abandon their existing social position and accept a new one (from single life to the life of a husband/wife). The social environment, which the individual is a part of, comes into forefront during that time. This diploma thesis aims to find out what the human solidarity means and how it is created in expression of mutual aid with support in Kropotkin's conception of mutual aid. The thesis acquaints a reader with Kropotkin and his theory of mutual aid presented in the book Mutual Aid: A Factor of Evolution. It follows up Kropotkin's crucial thoughts and the theory of mutual aid in related contexts. Next it interprets the solidarity as a structure and as a process and describes them in details. The thesis also substantiates the discipline Psychosocial Crisis Co-operation, particularly its starting point that men have helped each other from time immemorial.
The comparison of sign language interpreters working at universities in the Czech Republic and in Finland

This bachelor thesis presents a comparative analysis between sign language interpreters' education working at universities in the Czech Republic and Finland. The paper consists of two segments: theory and research. The aim of the theoretical component is to describe the specifics of interpreting at universities based on relevant legislation and sources and to present the educational systems and training possibilities available in both countries. The research is based on a survey among sign language interpreters from the Czech Republic and Finland, which aims to reveal their actual level of education and degree of satisfaction regarding their current professional situation as interpreters at universities and the quality of their own education. The thesis, thus, collates information from the theoretical and research components to analyze and contrast sign language interpreters' education in both countries. The story of temporary foster care mother: proposals for system improvements

This thesis is a qualitative probe into the story of a temporary foster mother. The thesis captures, analyses and classifies this story into systemic context. It does so with an emphasis on the temporary foster mother's personal experience and also with using personal experience of other participants involved in this particular case - including mine. This thesis is largely a reflection of my own role in this story, it is looking at it from different perspectives that evolve over time. The thesis is grounded in theoretical sources, especially methodologies of temporary foster care and methodological recommendations. Theoretical sources are critically viewed and connected to personal experience. The resulting storytelling, which provides an insight into the wider context of temporary foster care in the Czech Republic, was based on this procedure. Capturing systemic context is used in this thesis to create suggestions for possible systemic improvements.
Family resilience from the perspective of family rehabilitation

The aim of this diploma thesis called Family resilience from the point refurbishment of a family is to look at the remediation of a family from the perspective of resilience, describe the process of family resilience and the role the social worker can play and to contribute to the reflection of social work. Its benefit is the hope for social workers that even when they face so-called problem families: they can rely on them and that the welfare/success (of a family) does not depend solely on social work or social workers. Families generally manage their situation in the long run and social workers can help them by acknowledging it, by confirming the strength of families, and helping to link its resources. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is dedicated to the chapters Family, Resilience and Remediation of a Family as one of the instruments of family support. The practical part describes the process of family resilience in the threatened family and the author's reflection of his own attitude from the position of a social worker. Organizational Culture of the Congregation of Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren

1 Summary The Organizational Culture of the Local Congregation of The Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren. The goal of this thesis is to describe and map the local congregation of Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren from viewpoint of its organizational culture, this perspective makes it possible to understand possible conflicts and prospects of those conflicts within the Evangelical church - its functional units. The theoretical part brings the definitions and meaning of the organizational culture, which are mostly rooted in anthropology. Further it focuses on characterisation, of the church and congregation in terms of their interconnection. In the methodological part, qualitative research methods are used, more precisely six in-depth interviews with six respondents, members of the congregation. Here the perspective of the organizational culture describes the congregation environment and draws near the possible conflict between fundamental values.
