Knowledge of food intake disorders in secondary school students The diploma work is intended on eating disorders which are two basic and in this time the most signifícant illness - the mental anorexia and mental bulimia. In the teoretical part is definined conception of eating disorders, the folowing history of those illness, causes of origin, definition and characterization of mental anorexia and mental bulimia and attack of overeating, their basic diagnostic criteria, results, way of cure and prevention. In the research part is of the pupil of the high school with help of questionnaire Metod investigated level knowledge of the problems, satifaction with own figuře and look, the opinions on the own weight, reason and appropriate measure for getting the bodily weight down, limit of influence publicity of beauty and slimness.

Description of Xenopus tropicalis pre-Sertoli cells in tissue culture

5 Abstract Xenopus tropicalis is an important model organism used in developmental and cell biology. Long term primary mixed cell culture, derived from juvenile testis of Xenopus tropicalis, is the first tissue culture of this specie. Characterization of this tissue culture is important for its further handling and subsequent experiments. The culture is composed of Sertoli cell precursors. Feeder layer of this cells enables long term germinal stem cell cultivation. Influence of condicioned medium plays important role during the cell culture cultivation. Result of this task approved effect of condicioned medium for cell culture growth. Cell culture and testis gene expression analyse revealed, that in process of Sertoli cell differentiation many growth and differentiation factors are involved. Presence of marker genes has been approved by RT-PCR and in situ hybridization. This in vitro system can contribute to clarification of different roles of pre-Sertoli and Sertoli cells in testis differentiation, and therefore it establishes a new spermatogenesis model offering the possibility to distinguish parts of the pre-Sertoli and Sertoli cells differentiation, which is difficult in mammal models. The Soviet Union perceived by the Czech left and the pre-war writings of J. Weil

Z dnešního pohledu patří Jiří Weil mezi přední prozaiky české předválečné, zejména však poválečné literatury. Ne vždy tomu ale tak bylo. Místo v dějinách literatury bylo tomuto výraznému spisovateli se vzácnou vypravěčskou schopností, kterou mu připsal ve své recenzi na knihu Moskva-hranice už v roce 1937 Pavel Eisner, přiznáno až po dlouhé a trnité cestě životní i spisovatelské. Vše začalo vydáním románu Moskva-hranice v roce 1937, který komunistická literární kritika tvrdě odsoudila jako klepařské, pomlouvačné dílo téměř bez jakékoliv umělecké ceny. Za tímto ostrým odsouzením knihy stála vlastně výjimečnost a jedinečnost zobrazení poměrů v Sovětském svazu, jež měl autor možnost velmi dobře poznat. Naprosté novum bylo to, že pohled na překotně se vyvíjej ící zemi nebyl jako doposud v českém prostředí (zejména v komunistickém tisku) převážně prvoplánově obdivný a oslavný. Weil se ke koncepci svého románu vyj ádřil v článku Jen několik slov, kde píše: Napsal bych velmi špatný román, kdybych líčil jen světlé stránky. Podobal by se oněm románům na obj ednávku, které j sou odsuzovány právem celou sovětskou kritikou. (Weil 1937b: 309) Navíc pohled dostal netradiční uměleckou podobu. Ve své komplexnosti usiloval v mnoha detailech a bystrých postřezích ukázat vše, nejenom poměrně rychlý pokrok v průmyslu, vzdělání...

Zemědělství a jeho vývoj v Moravskoslezském kraji

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the development of Czech agriculture in comparison with interregional development, with emphasis on development in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The work deals with the development of both the structure and volume of production, and also with the development of subsidy policy in our country, including the adoption of the Common Agricultural Policy and its impact on the agrarian sector. To evaluate the development of the data there was used a recording the evolution of harvested crop commodities and livestock-rearing conditions. Section dealing with the intrusion uses data from grants of Rural Development Programme.

The master´s thesis entitled „Leadership and Management“ provides not only for a theoretical picture on the issue of leadership and management in general but also a practical view of a company investigated, an undisclosed law firm. The theoretical part will feature some of the basic concepts of the monitored area, especially management, leadership, functions of management, role of management and leadership style. Lessons learned are further applied to the practical part of the thesis and result in recommendations for increased satisfaction both of employees and the entire firm.

Globální finanční krize a měnová politika centrálních bank (příklad vybraných zemí)

The purpose of this Master's thesis is divided into two steps. The first step sums up all the relevant theory about financial crises and monetary policies. The second step analyzes not only the past but focuses mainly on the global financial crisis which started in 2007. The cornerstones of this analytical bloc are monetary policies of central banks in China, Venezuela, Denmark and the Czech Republic. Two hypotheses are stated in the beginning of this Master's thesis. These focus on fixed exchange rate regimes and foreign exchange reserves. The analytical part of Master's thesis tries to prove whether these hypotheses can be marked as valid or invalid.
