The object of this thesis is to describe genetic diversity of pigs, evaluation of genetic diversity and description of current state of genetic resources preservation. Firstly is described importance of pig-breeding, domestication of pigs and breeds of pig mostly kept in the Czech Republic. Further is described biodiversity and dividing of biodiversity, genetic diversity and research methods of genetic diversity. Last chapter is about genetic resources.

To the Possibility to Re-serve a Term of Office in Collegial Public Administration Bodies

Various regulations restrict anindiviual's capacity to be reappointed as member of a collegiate body. Typically, twice after another, if no interruption. Substantial needs interpretation as to what period of time, what quarantine, is requiered before reinstalling a same person for his/her third term. Conclusions are drawn from comparing individual official persons to members of collegiate bodies. Investigated on the example of a specific case of an advisory council of the Czech government.

Analysis of financing of company CZ LOKO, a.s.

The aim of the thesis is to describe possibilities of financing of company a then to analyze, how concrete company is financed. At first is analyzed financing of whole company. Sources of financing are divided by two criteria on equity and liabilities and on external and internal. After this part comes appreciation of EVA of the company. At the end of thesis comes evaluation of financing of company's investment. Criterion for appreciation is its influence on company's EVA.

Modular synthesis of 5-substituted thiophene and furan C-nucleosides and their analogues

A new modular and efficient methodology for the preparation of 5-substituted thiophen-2-yl and 5-substituted furan-2-yl C-nucleosides was developed. A Friedel–Crafts-type of C-glycosidation of 2-bromothiophene or 2-bromofuran with bis-toluoyl protected methyl- 2′-deoxyribofuranoside in presence of Lewis acid gave the desired bis-toluoyl protected 5-bromothiophne and 5-bromofuran C-nucleosides in good yields. They were used as key intermediates for Stille or Suzuki coupling whith (hetero)arylstannanes or boronic acids to afford a series of 5-(hetero)aryl thiophene and 5-(heteroaryl)furan C-nucleosides.

Development of a general and modular approach to C-nucleosides

Highly efficient and modular approach was developed for the synthesis of various types of new (het)aryl C-nucleosides. This protocol consists of the synthesis of haloaryl-C-nucleoside intermediates, followed by a functional group transformation to introduce various substituents. Using this approach protected 2′-deoxy-C-nucleosides bearing halogenated benzene, pyridine, thiophene, furane and pyrimidine were prepared. These intermediates were then submitted to a wide range of palladium-catalyzed reactions. The same approach was also used for preparation of C-nucleosides bearing ribofuranose moiety. Functional ribofuranosides bearing diverse substituted pyridine and benzene nucleobases were prepared in this way.

Modulární syntéza 5-substituovaných thiofen-2-yl C-2'-deoxyribonukleosidů

A new modular methodology for the preparation of 5-substituted thiophen-2-yl C-nucleosides was developed. A Friedel–Crafts-type of C-glycosidation of 2-bromothiophene with bis-toluoyl protected methylglycoside gave the desired bis-toluoyl protected 1-beta-(5-bromothiophen-2-yl)-1,2-dideoxyribofuranose in 60%. Deprotection of the protected product gave free bromothiophene C-nucleoside, which was reprotected to bis-TBDMS protected C-nucleoside. The key intermediates were then subjected to a series of palladium catalyzed cross-coupling reactions to afford, after suitable deprotection, a series of free C-nucleosides. Alternatively, other types of C-nucleosides were prepared directly by aqueous-phase Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of free C-nucleosides with boronic acids.

Modulární metodiky pro přípravu různých aryl C-2'-deoxyribonukleosidů

A modular methodology for the syntheses of various substituted aryl C-2´-deoxyribonucleosides has been developed. In each series, a larger scale synthesis of a versatile halogenated C-nucleoside intermediate has been accomplished, followed by its use for a generation of diverse derivatives by displacement of the halogen for alkyl, aryl or amino substituents by cross-coupling or amination reactions. Subsequent deprotection gave the final desired C-2´-deoxyribonucleosides. This methodology has been applied for the development of modular syntheses of 4- or 3-substituted benzene C-nucleosides, 6-substituted pyridin-2-yl C-nucleosides, 6-substituted pyridin-3-yl C-nucleosides and 5-substituted thiophen-2-yl C-nucleosides.

Object-oriented programming in MMORPG server development, in-game environment creation

Main objective: The basic purpose of this work is to provide a reader with better understanding of MMORPG games and to introduce SphereServer and the methods of widening its functionality to anoyone who is interested in it. In this work, there are mentioned various aspects of the work with the SphereServer. Reader, who is unfamiliar with the issue, could learn there about the possible outcome of such work. On the contrary, in-reader can use this document to extend his knowledge about some previously unfamiliar facts or relations. Method of achieving the objective: In this paper, the global overview of SphereServer attributes and the methods of widening its functionality are discussed. Furthermore, the comparision between two different development branches of SphereServer is presented, summarizing advantages and disadvantages of those versions. However, several suggestions which aim to upgrade and simplify the work with this emulator are presented. Benefit of the work: As a skilled developer, familiar with SphereScript, I have compiled my experiences and used their outcome in this work. Besides, the shattered information from various sources has been collected and compiled into easily understandable text. This whole work may also serve to highlight the mistakes and design flaws, made by SphereServer developers and could be meant as an suggestion for designing a better version of the emulator. Layout of the work: This work is divided into three main parts. In the first part, the main SphereServer functionality and main terminology of this work is descripted. In the second part, the deeper insight into the SphereServer and its scripting language SphereScript is presented. Finally, in the third part, the Ultima Online shard Andaria is described as a practical implementation of SphereServer.
