Furthermore, the research was supplemented by a controlled interview with gymnastics coaches and TeamGym. The participants of the research filled out a questionnaire. Based on interviews and questionnaires, information was added that could have an impact on the results of the survey (number of training hours per week, other sports activities, etc.). The research part shows that gymnasts achieved better results on average in four out of five tests of motor abilities than TeamGym competitors. The biggest difference...

Vodičková, Sára ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Panská, Šárka (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the most common musculoskeletal injuries of volleyball players of all performance and age groups. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the injuries that the players suffered during training sessions or matches, how serious they are, how they recover and how to prevent their reoccurrence. The theoretical part of the work is mainly focused on the description of the units of the human locomotor system susceptible to injury during the game, following their diagnosis. The practical part of the work deals with the analysis of individual injuries in relation to performance and age groups and preventive and regenerative measures. The method of expert questionnaire survey is used to obtain this data. The obtained data are processed on the basis of the studied Czech and foreign literature and compared with similar studies dealing with the issue of injury rates in relation to prevention and regeneration. The results of the work indicate that the fingers are the most injured part of the musculoskeletal system, and the game specialization most prone to injuries is the post libero. Another finding is the many times greater injury rate among young groups of players and the general lack of preparation for physical activity among most volleyball players, which does...

Title: Proposal of sport programme with focus on athletic for preschool education Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to develop a movement program focused on athletics for preschool children and to test it in a kindergarten. Methods: This is a case study that is descriptive in nature. We used testing to provide input on the motor abilities and skills of preschool children. In addition, the test battery served us to test the effect of an applied movement program focused on athletic skills. We selected the tests from the DMT and MOBAK test battery - 10 m run, long jump from a standing position, depth of forward bend, and target throw. In addition, scaling was used to assess the ball throwing technique. The last method used was participant observation during the implementation of the movement program. Results: The movement program focused on athletic skills was divided into 10 sessions of 45 minutes each and each session included 4 parts: busy, preparatory, main and final. The effectiveness of the program was verified by a selected test battery. Significant improvement was observed in the long jump test from the spot and in the 10 m run. Similarly, there was a significant improvement in the technical performance of the shot put. There was not as much improvement in the flexibility test and the...

The thesis deals with the issue of athletes returning to training and match process after injury, with focus on their mental health. The goal is to indentify negative psychological states that subsequently affect the performance of athletes, and their frequency in athletes returning to the training and match process after injury. A sub-goal is to find out the following possible variables involved in increasing/moderating these conditions. The work verifies the frequency of occurence of negative psychological states; investigates the influence of repeated injuries, differences between woman and man athletes, differences in individual and team athletes, and also verifies the frequency of use of coping strategies an their specific form. The work is devided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part was prepared on the basis of Czech and foreign language professional literature. In the research part,we use the psychological questionnaire CSAI-2 to determine the occurrence of anxiety and its influence on the performance of individuals in sportsman, who have suffered injuries. We expected that the injury would increase the athletes's anxiety at the time of returning to the training and match process.
