A design of manipulator for laser engraving device
Hanák, Jan ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis presents a research in the field of laser technologies used in industry and systems for laser marking of rotating parts. The output is a design of a laser cell that serves to mark rotating parts and that can be incorporated into an automated production line. The concept is developed in the form of a 3D model which is accompanied by necessary technical calculations and a justification of the choice of used components.
Design and aplication of collaboration robots
Vaněk, Štěpán ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelors thesis aims at principles of functions of collaborative robots, including its design and potential applications. Resolved issue consists of safety, programming and current stage of knowledge of both design and application, including progressive bearings and potential way of innovation in stated fields. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of all aspects and a comparison with an industrial robot.
Robotic manipulation with Laser Welded Common Rail during the laser welding process
Bužga, Petr ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with a description of Laser Welded Common Rail, which is produced by the company Bosch Diesel, s. r. o. in Jihlava. The theoretical part is focused primarily on a proposal for an industrial robot which would be manipulated with Common Rail during the laser welding process. The practical section is concerned with changes in the current paths of the robot to reduce production times, and to avoid using the same parts of the robot for the whole duration it is being manipulated with the Common Rail. At the end of this master's thesis is a techno-economic evaluation of previous alternatives, and it determines the appropriate option for robotic manipulation with the Common Rail during the laser welding process.
Design of universal hydraulic power unit
Holub, Vojtěch ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The first part of this masters thesis deals with research of modulat type hydraulics power units from other significant world producers. Design part of thesis contains complete design of three product ranges of hydraulics power units. It also includes simulation by FEM method. Last part descibe safety of machine and brief economic evaluation of product.
Drive system by serial connection of rotary hydromotors
Pokorný, Pavel ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis deals with the problem of large-capacity manipulation of large forgings with forging manipulator. It describes current techniques, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis of these techniques, the thesis introduces design of the connection of the hydraulic circuit for the drive of the traveling traction wheels of the forging manipulator QKK 100 by ŽĎAS a.s. focusing on simplicity, trouble-free operation, efficiency, economy, change of speed and torque, and possibility of modification according to the current load.
Proposal of the school robot
Hlaváček, Rudolf ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a low-cost robot used for educational purposes at robotic group Robotárna and at the secondary technical school SPŠ and VOŠ Brno, Sokolská, příspěvková organizace. The main intent of the robot is in teaching students programming. The research part deals with collaborational robots phenomenon and their practical usage in present production plants. The thesis covers the mechanical design of the robot, calculations of the required torques for each joints, design of the robot gripper and also a theoretical solution to robot control.
Mobile turning machining center with vertical workpiece axis
Pomikálek, Adam ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the conceptual design of a mobile lathe centre with a vertical workpiece axis. First, a search in the field of mobile lathes, stationary lathes and methods of their transport is performed. Then, from the described transport machine options, the most suitable transport variant is selected, thanks to which variants of the mobile machine solution are created. Subsequently, the design of the winning variant is fully adapted to the method of transport using containers. Emphasis is placed on simple construction, maximum use of the transport packaging in the machine frame and easy assembly of the machine customer. For these reasons, the machine frame must consist of two containers. Finally, the assembly and adjustment of the machine tool are solved in combination with the verification of the functionality of the proposed concept.
Design of mobile horizontal wood-splitting machine
Dressler, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis shows making of documentation for production powerfull wood-splitting machine for hardest forestal work. There are researched and soluted all phases of pre-production machine's lifecycle, also means analysis of conception, potentional risks and failures analysis and also definition of required properties. Based on those properties and results of analyses is possible to setting up condition which should be satisfied. At following part are descripted and shown features of machine-design . Main feature (component) of machine is its frame, also there are strenght analysis of frame. Machine movement features are mainly hydraulics pistons which are powered by asynchronous engine, whith alternative possibility movement by wheel tractor power-take off shaft or hydraulics output. There are performed all important properties. Working safety questions and high endurability of machine shold be also performed. At the end of work is realised conception and design study of forestal production system for wood processing with one universal source of energy – wheeled tractor.
Assembling preparation for Ringelapparat
Fizek, Šimon ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The task of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of the assembly preparation for Ringelapparat. Four variants of the solution are desing. Multiple criteria are selected.
Design of a single purpose machine for drilling and slotting of a plastic molding and for following stamping of a internal mechanism
Tulis, Jiří ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The aim is to design a single purpose machine for drilling and slotting plastic molding and then pressing the internal mechanics. First is described the current product technology, according to which the defined parameters of the basic units of the machine. Then described two possible design concepts devices whose suitability is then evaluated multi-criteria method.
