Possible use of health physical education at special primary schools

- 5 - ABSTRACT Name of the thesis: Possible use of health physical education at special primary schools for children with wrong body posture. Purpose of the thesis: The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the positive effect of inclusion of the health physical education into physical education lessons and implementation of the individual health physical education as an optional subject into the school educational programmes at special schools for children with slight mental disabilities. Methodology: The working method was a multi-level singe-factor quasi-experiment. The set consisted of 15 pupils from a special school for children with slight mental disabilities. The body posture was classified by means of Klein and Thomas tests modified by Mayer, and by means of Matthias test. Results: Based on the results obtained from the Klein, Thomas, Mayer and Matthias tests, presented and compared in tables and graphs, it is obvious the that inclusion of health physical education at special primary schools for children with slight mental disabilities and diagnosed wrong body posture contributed to partial improvement of their body posture. Proposed model of transformed care for vulnerable children

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the concept of the new model of transformed care of the vulnerable children. Its aim is the description and introduction to concept of the new model of transformed care of the vulnerable children on the example of one institute, and the evaluation of its possible impact. The thesis is conceptualized descriptively, it is the conceptional experiment. This work is compiled like a monographic study. Data was obtained by collecting and analysing the documents about the present state of care of the vulnerable children. The text of work is divided into two parts - the theory and the practice. The theoretical part is based on psychology, sociology and pedagogy. The practical part presents a new model of transformed care on the example of one institute and analyses its expected benefits. It also describes the possible difficulties and problems during implementation of the model into practice.

Tools and possibilities of reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the Czech Republic

This work defines the amount of carbon dioxides emission as a problem which is based on the theories of global climate changes and the concept of sustainable development and commitments adopted by the Czech Republic. The first section summarizes the current approach of the international community to the question of climate changes caused by human activity, the beginnings and evolution of the theory of sustainable development and international negotiations leading to the carbon dioxide emission limits. It analyzes the position of the most important actor on the field of global greenhouse gas reduction, the European Union. As a member, the ČR is directly influenced by legislation and the commitments which have been taken at the European level. The next section identifies the situation in the Czech Republic: the amount and the main sources of emissions and set them to the European and World context. This section implies the resulting consequences for the Czech Republic. It analyzes the basic tools used in ČR for the carbon dioxide emissions reducing. The thesis also contains a case study of Telefónica O2 and explores its approach to the environmental conservation and reducing CO2 emissions.
