- 4 - ABSTRAKT Název práce: Možnosti uplatnění zdravotní tělesné výchovy na 1.stupni speciální školy u dětí s vadným držením těla. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je poukázat na pozitivní vliv zařazování zdravotní tělesné výchovy do hodin tělesné výchovy a zařazování individuální zdravotní tělesné výchovy jako nepovinného předmětu do školního vzdělávacího programu na speciální škole pro děti s lehkým mentálním postižením. Metoda práce: Metodou práce byl vícehladinový jednofaktorový kvaziexperiment. Soubor zahrnoval 15 žáků ze speciální školy pro děti s lehkým mentálním postižením. Držení těla bylo hodnoceno pomocí testů dle Kleina a Thomase modifikované Mayerem a testu dle Matthiase. Výsledky: Na základě naměřených hodnot pomocí testů Kleina, Thomase, Mayera a Matthiase uvedených v tabulkách a porovnání výsledků z grafů je patrné, že zařazení zdravotní tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni speciální školy u dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením a diagnózou vadného držení těla přispělo k částečnému zlepšení držení těla. Purpose of the thesis: The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the positive effect of inclusion of the health physical education into physical education lessons and implementation of the individual health physical education as an optional subject into the school educational programmes at special schools for children with slight mental disabilities. Methodology: The working method was a multi-level singe-factor quasi-experiment. The set consisted of 15 pupils from a special school for children with slight mental disabilities. The body posture was classified by means of Klein and Thomas tests modified by Mayer, and by means of Matthias test. Results: Based on the results obtained from the Klein, Thomas, Mayer and Matthias tests, presented and compared in tables and graphs, it is obvious the that inclusion of health physical education at special primary schools for children with slight mental disabilities and diagnosed wrong body posture contributed to partial improvement of their body posture.
