Education about politics. What shapes students' attitudes towards politics, democracy and society?

The thesis deals with the issue of civic education in citizenship education classes at the second level of primary school. The emphasis is on topics of politics and the functioning of democratic society. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the socialization through social actors and socialization processes. The thesis also focuses on the current state of citizenship education in the Czech Republic and the methods used in this subject. The practical level of the thesis is the analytical part, which is based on the curricular analysis of the data obtained from the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education (RVP ZV) and the School Education Programme (ŠVP). The aim of this analysis is to find out what political topics are taught in citizenship education classes and what is the difference between the curriculum set out in the Framework Curriculum and the school curricula. The analytical part is complemented by data from semi-structured interviews with actors in the field of citizenship education. These actors include teachers of citizenship education teachers, students of citizenship education and experts in citizenship education.

The Development Programs for College Graduates

The bachelor thesis will focused on a specific area of talent management in organizations, which is represented by trainee programs for university graduates. The aim of the bachelor's thesis will be to describe the current form, implementation and management of trainee programs for university graduates in organizations. Attention will be paid to the current concept of talent and the development of talent management in organizations, methods of identification and processes of talent acquisition, methods of talent development and the characteristics of trainee programs in organizations. The bachelor's thesis will include a qualitative survey, the aim of which will be to analyze the current offer of trainee programs for university graduates in five large organizations in the field of production and trade operating in Prague and Central Bohemia Region. Research will be carried out by analyzing data obtained from the career websites of organizations and interviews with HR professionals. A partial aim of the survey will be to find out the most frequently used methods of obtaining and developing graduates with regard to achieving the goals of selected organizations. The picture of Louis of Bavaria in the Chronicle of Zbraslav and the Autobiography of Charles IV.

The picture of Louis of Bavaria in the Chronicle of Zbraslav and the Autobiography of Charles IV. Abstract The presented bachelor's thesis focuses on the personality of the Holy Roman King and Emperor Louis of Bavaria and his depictions in the chronicles of Czech origin from the time of Charles IV. The emphasis is placed on especially Chronicle of Zbraslav by Petr Žitavský and the autobiography of Charles IV. - Vita Caroli, which both enable the insight of Louises contemporeries - a church dignitary and the ruler himself. Also other chronicles from the time of Charles IV. are taken into consideration in the thesis. Written documents are used to verify the statements in the chronicles. The aim of the thesis is to assess, which facts about Louis of Bavaria are expressed in the chronicles, their context and how they are evaluated by their authors. At same time it is supposed to point out the absence of records of some important events and to try to figure out the reason of that. The thesis would like to contribute to describing the relation of Louis of Bavaria to Jan of Luxembourg and later also to his son Charles IV.
