Multi-Platform Tool for Generation of Technical Documentation from XML
Uhrecký, Michal ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and develop a technical documentation generator that processes general XML input. The work thoroughly examines the structure of XML documents and defines the criteria that quality technical documentation should meet. Furthermore, it focuses on the generation of documentation, emphasizing the possibilities for user annotation of XML data.
Multi-Platform Tool for Generation of Technical Documentation from XML
Jánošíková, Simona ; Setinský, Jiří (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the challenge in the field of technical documentation of development environments and explores the possibilities of automated generation of documentation from structured XML data. The problem lies in the need for efficient creation and maintenance of technical project documentation through an automated process. The goal of the work is to design, implement and evaluate a multi-platform tool that will be able to generate technical documentation from XML inputs with an emphasis on practical usability in real projects. The work is useful for developers who are involved in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation of development environments. It provides a specific tool that can streamline the documentation generation process and improve the readability of documentation within projects using the XML format for storing information.
Logwatch Improvemenets
Juhász, Tomáš ; Zavřel, Jan (referee) ; Polčák, Libor (advisor)
This thesis focuses on improvements to the Logwatch tool. For the purposes of this thesis, I needed to identify the shortcomings of Logwatch and compare it with the competition. Information gained from this research led me to choose to expand the Logwatch tool through the addition of new formats, JSON and XML. During the design stage I created schemas for both formats, covering all implemented services. During the testing stage I gathered a large collection of logs to which I added manually created logs, with the total sum of this collection being 142 142 logs. This was used to create a dataset for validation. Results that were validated by this dataset should improve the position of Logwatch as it compares to its peers, thanks to the added ability for further machine usage.
Virtual Environment for Simulation in Mobile Robotics
Chytrý, Josef ; Horeličan, Tomáš (referee) ; Gábrlík, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to get acquainted with the ROS2 and Gazebo tools used on the Ubuntu operating system. Additionally, the thesis provides a detailed description of the process for creating a reference model of a cube and an environment model for the Gazebo simulation platform. It also describes the process of creating the UAMT workplace. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the possibilities for simulation optimization. Finally, it specifies the procedure for integrating the Gazebo software with the ROS framework.
Laser cutter interface with augmented reality elements
Kajan, Matej ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Zemčík, Tomáš (advisor)
User interface of a laser cutter with elements of augmented reality, allows for a faster and safer execution of the process of cutting. This proposal is accomplished by using methods of computer vision together with the design of a graphical user interface
Mozilla as a Development Platform
Vídeňský, Martin ; Schäfer, Jiří (referee) ; Samek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with introduction of Mozilla as a development platform. Thesis is divided into four parts. The first one consists of a theoretical introduction, which describes architecture, the most important technologies and motivation for usage of Mozilla as a development platform. The second part leads step by step threw making own project. The third part is dedicated to description of the example application Tester. Tester is an e-learning project designed for easier learning process with scope on vocabulary practise. In the conclusion of thesis, there is the evaluation of Mozilla platform based on practical experience.
Image object detection
Pluskal, Richard ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with design of a program for entering various types of geometric objects in an image for the purpose of their further processing. The program should also contain algorithms to ease object entering (e.g. refining manually entered object position). In the first part there is a brief description of the computer vision and its basic methods used in the work as well as introduction of the OpenCV image processing library. The following part describes three types of geometric primitives that are implemented for now. Because the output of the program is in universal XML format, there is short chapter about the XML. After that, there are summarized some methods for searching of parametric description of geometric primitives in an image. The final chapter describes the proposed system and evaluates possibility and suitability of its usage for various types of images.
System for support for work of programming translators in MS Windows - Visual Studio or Delphi
Kozempel, Lukáš ; Vyoral, Josef (referee) ; Cvrk, Lubomír (advisor)
Subject of my bachelor's thesis is practical realization of the system, which controls program MS Word. It ensures underline that line in document, which is currently translating by translator. In the first part technologies used for create this system are analyzed. In the second part I have described function of created program.
3D Video Browser
Míchal, Vít ; Štancl, Vít (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of this project is to design and create application for the visualization of interconnected video data. Visualization takes place in 3D space and seeks to exploit its advantages (such as depth perception). This document contains survey to different categories of spatial user interfaces. In addition, includes three possible designs of user interfaces and control. Implementation details and made usability tests are also described. Application is implemented in C++ using Open Inventor. The document includes evaluation of the results and made tests.
Universal Graphic Editor of Screens for LCD Devices
Šmejdíř, Radek ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis aims at development of a universal graphic screen editor for LCD devices made by Honeywell. The editor is one module of a complex application, which serves automated testing of thermostats and similar devices. In the editor a display layout can be designed, as well as the individual screens. The output is stored to an XML file. The application is written in C# and must be executable in the Microsoft .NET Framework.
