Effect of size impact on surface integrity while reaming with modern reaming head MT3
Rybařík, Jaroslav ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design, implement and evaluate an experiment that verifies the influence the size effect on selected parameters of the surface integrity. For the experiment were used highly productive reaming head MT3 made by HAM-FINAL. Evaluation of the surface integrity was done in terms of the characteristics of the surface roughness, geometric tolerances and changes in microstructure. Furthermore, the influence of the depth of chips evaluated for changes in the feed force, cutting torque and changes in specific cutting energy. The theoretical part deals with the description of the size effect, characteristic reaming, surface integrity, preparation of material and identification of highly productive MT3 reaming head.

Analysis of the Impact of Technological Processes on the Properties of the Functional Areas of Bearings
Fišerová, Zuzana ; Čep, Robert (referee) ; Sadílek, Marek (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The dissertation is focused on the bearing production technology issues. The aim of the thesis is to investigate and evaluate the influence of the technological processes on properties of the functional surfaces of an outer bearing ring. The development, rolling, grinding and turning have been selected as basic technological processes. The subject of the surface integrity research on test samples is the measurement and analysis of the quality of the machined surfaces and residual stresses in the surface layers of the bearing rings. The comparison is made in relation to the previous operations - rolling, turning and grinding.

Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Bimetallic Materials with Clad Layer of Inconel
Sýkora, Milan ; Joska, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of mechanical properties of bimetallic materials with clad layer of Inconel. In the theoretical part of the work there is an analysis of the investigated bimetallic material. The following is a description of mechanical tests and methods for evaluating the integrity of the surface, which were used to determine the properties of bimetallic material. The experimental part focuses on individual tests of mechanical properties of the material. For each test, the procedure for the production of test specimens, a description of the test equipment, the performance of the tests, the evaluation of the data obtained and finally, the evaluation of the results obtained are given.

An Experimental Study of the Impact of Passive Forces of Cutting on a Machined Surface
Slaný, Martin ; Janáč, Alexander (referee) ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This dissertation thesis focuses on the evaluation of modern machine tools, especially tools for finishing operations, with which the effect of the passive force components on the machining process is evaluated. The thesis will examine the analysis of creating chips and circumstances that accompany this process and substantially involve the formation of a new surface. The analysis of the process of the recording of the power load of the MT3 tool takes place in the experimental part of the thesis. MT3 is a reaming head intended for finishing holes at high cutting speeds (100-200 m.min-1) with removal of small cross section AD (0.024 mm2) chips. Particular attention is paid to the newly created profile from the surface after machining and evaluation of changes in geometry and loading of the cutting edge, which is significantly reflected in the establishment and the development of passive forces.

Evaluation of the machined surface and subsurface properties using Barkhausen noise analysis
Blažíček, Dominik ; Malec, Jiří (referee) ; Švejcar, Jiří (advisor)
Master thesis deals with the influence of milling to resulting surface integrity of gear tested by Barkhausen Noise Analysis technique. Two sets of gears milled by different machines by comparable parameters were used to solve the task. The testing of surface integrity was carried out after heat treatment and final grinding. It was experimentaly approved the effected surface/subsurface damage caused by milling remains in the material through the heat treatment. Based on these results, it can be assumed that different milling affects the resulting surface integrity after HT.

Integrity surface at reaming with modern reaming head MT3
Havlík, Luboš ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
The Masters thesis is focused on surface integrity at reaming with high productive reaming head MT3 made by HAM-FINAL. Theoretical part of thesis aims at analyse of the most frequently evalueted surface integrity parametrs and its possible influence on functional performance of machined components. Next theoretical parts are aimed at reaming process, reaming tools characteristics, detailed reaming head MT3 characteristics and its aplication in company Sauer Danfoss. The aim of experimetal part of thesis is surface integrity of holes reamed MT3 during its tool life evalation.
