The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

Bachelor thesis deals with the application of change management - management changes for selected sports organizations hockey club Zvolen. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general theory of change management, different procedures and evaluation of the administrative process of change management in the organization. Part of this work is the analysis of the current state of HKM Zvolen, description of the organization as a whole and in the light of theoretical knowledge proposal innovation and change appropriate for the organization.
Public-private collaboration in research and development in the framework of regional innovation systems.

The present thesis discusses the topic of public-private collaboration in research and development in Czech regions. A bibliometric keyword analysis was used in this elaboration, based on which a theoretical framework of the thesis was compiled, presenting the most important theoretical concepts related to the interaction of private companies with universities and research institutes. The thesis has two main objectives, based on which it aims to reveal the nature of the size of partial subsystems of regional innovation systems in Czech NUTS 3 regions in relation to economic and innovation performance and to confront the thesis on the link between the innovation performance of regions and the degree of interconnectedness of subsystems on data of collaborative projects in Czechia. The conducted analyses showed a negative dependence of the size of the private R&D segment and innovation performance. It turned out that in the conditions of Czechia the statement that developed regions with a developed innovation system show a larger relative representation of the private segment is not valid. The second finding supports the thesis of a correlation between the intensity of collaboration between research institutions and firms and their innovation performance. Competitivness of Czech republic in the sphere of innovation

Diploma thesis devotes itself to the topic competitiveness in the sphere of innovation. First part approaches the topic by description of knowledge-based economy and the perception of the changing approach to human capital. Second part evaluates performance in innovation and identifies markers according to which originated the results. By the method of comparative analysis were evaluated other countries Sweden and Israel in order to identify the weaknesses of the Czech Republic in this area. The final part describes programs that help to develop innovative entrepreneurship and also several own suggestions, which could lead to an improvement of the current situation.
Legal framework of European union funding programmes for innovation projects

The thesis "Legal framework of European union funding programmes for innovation projects" aims to familiarize the reader with the issues of financing projects from structural and investment funds of the European Union and to inform him about the latest changes, which should have positive impact on beneficiaries. The objectives of the thesis were reached by analysis and comparison of European and national legislation. The work is focusing particularly on innovation projects and on the innovative potential of the Slovak Republic, which should be reached by 2020 with the help from EU. Conclusion is that the new programming period 2014 -- 2020 in new EU legislation brings a number of crucial and positive changes, but their implementation at national level in form of individual operational programs is weak and does not use all potential that is brought by new EU regulations
Physiogel relaunch on Czech and Slovak market

A new product launch is important and difficult part of product life cycle. It also means uneasy process for company. Goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate chosen marketing mix strategy of relaunch Physiogel on Czech and Slovak market through marketing plan conduct and realization of marketing research focusing on target group. Theoretical part offers basics for better understanding of the topic. Then practical part, consists from two phases, offering conduct of marketing plan and structure, analysis of marketing research and evaluation of results. Output from these activities will consist not only from analysis and evaluation of marketing mix strategy, but also enrichment of information concerning target group and proposal of marketing activities for the brand for year 2014.
