The issue of domestic violence in the Český Krumlov region

The thesis deals with the readiness of Český Krumlov police officers to deal with domestic violence, i.e. their knowledge of concepts and police methodologies in the field of domestic violence, the institute of eviction and internal police tools. Furthermore, the availability and frequency of training to strengthen the expertise and sovereignity of police officers when responding to incidents of domestic violence. The theoretical part defines the phenomenon of domestic violence, namely its characteristic manifestations, its impact on the life situation of victims and the possibilities of assistance. It also explains the activities, central norms, internal acts and tools of the Police of the Czech Republic for dealing with cases of domestic violence. The practical part verifies and compares the findings with the results of A qualitative research survey conducted among police officers of the district departments of the Český Krumlov Police.

Enforcement of administrative decisions

This Master thesis is about the issue of execution of administrative decision, which are regulated in the Administrative Procedure Code. The thesis deals with the concept of Enforcement order and it defines the key points of enforcement order. This thesis seeks also to put this kind of enforcement in context with administrative proceeding and to describe every step before start of execution and also how to start process of execution. In chapter which contains process of execution itself, thesis examines procedural requirements of Execution's attachment, kinds of execution and order of steps done by an administrative authority. Thesis describes specific points of each kind of making an execution and it seeks to find characteristics of every kinds of administrative execution. Thesis seeks how to make execution without any violation of laws and maxims established by administrative law and without violation of laws and maxims from another branches of law too. Thesis is focused on executions on kind, which contains E.G. Eviction, removing of movable property (including rules about personal searching and flat's searching), enforcement fine etc. Executions in money are introduced only marginally in thesis and it describes issues in locations and competence of administrative authorities. Kralupy u Chomutova: The Demolition of villages due to mining

This Diploma thesis is telling the story of the village Kralupy u Chomutova that had to be demolished because of coal mining. It is following the life of people of the village from the time before World War I untill the 70's. It is the time when the village was demolished. Kralupy u Chomutova were located in so called Sudetenland. Therefore its rezidents where changing during 20th century. In the end It was them who were witnesses of the demolition and their stories are part of this thesis.
