The Proposals for Improvement of the Employees Motivation

This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, and deals with the motivation and the renumeration of workers by force of the employee benefits. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of the motivation and define the employee benefits. The second part is focused on the analysis of society and used motivational resources in the company. At the same time, examines the satisfaction of employees on workers completed by the questionnaire. In the final part, there are mentioning the proposal for improving motivation and working productivity, and working together with supposed costs in the company.

The thesis deals with the system of benefits in a selected state health care facility. The aim of the thesis was to find out what benefits are provided by the Psychiatric Hospital Červený Dvůr and based on the analysis of the obtained data, to suggest possible ways of improvement. The thesis examined the structure of employee benefits offered, the extent to which benefits are used and whether they correspond to the needs and preferences of employees. 3 survey methods were used for data collection: analysis of the Collective Agreement of the Psychiatric Hospital Červený Dvůr for the year 2020 to 2022, analysis of data from the Vema personnel and payroll system and survey in the form of an anonymous questionnaire.
System of Non-Wage Remuneration in Company

This bachelor thesis entitled "System of non-wage remuneration in the company" deals with the providing of employee benefits. The first part of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to remuneration system. These terms include wage, motivation, employee benefits and cafeteria system. In the second part of the thesis, the selected company is presented. The main attention was paid to employee benefits provided in this company. In this part, a questionnaire method was used to find out how employees evaluate remuneration system. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of results of questionnaire survey.

Employees´ Amenities from the Accounting and Tax System Perspective

The bachelor thesis deals with employees´ amenities issue. Employees´ amenities belong to the inseparable instruments of contemporary management of human capital. Employees´ amenities affect positively employees´ contentment. Furthermore, they restrain fluctuation, encourage loyalty and motivate to higher and better performances. The goal of this thesis was to characterize employees´ amenities, their historical evolution and main meaning. The thesis was also focused on survey of the most known employees´ amenities and their tax perspective from the employees´ and employers´ points of view. The practical part was focused on analysis of employees´ amenities which are provided in labour-law relations. A conducted survey showed how employees perceive their amenities, if they use them, are satisfied with them or if they prefer other amenities. The survey was realised in the JIP {--} Papírny Větřní, a. s. company and other companies of the Czech South territory as well so that the comparison of the survey was enabled.
