The special educator from the school counseling centre has confirmed that his role is essential and in the context of inclusive education well founded. From the research comes out that most teachers are satisfied with work of the special educator. Communications take place non-violently, informally, and in a good mood. Pedagogical staff takes the special educator as their colleague and they are not afraid to ask him/her for professional advice. These communications usually take place just between two of them without presence of another teacher. This bachelor thesis should serve as information for improvement of work with children with special educational needs.
