Russian speaking students (from Russia and Kazakhstan) in the Czech Republic. Educational migration and the role of the family in it

The PhD thesis "Russian Speaking Students (from Russia and Kazakhstan) in the Czech Republic: Educational Migration and the Role of the Family in it", examines the life of Russian speaking students, who come to the Czech Republic to obtain a university degree. It tries to answer several research questions. How is the decision taken to come to the Czech Republic? What kind of role does family play in the decision-making process and in further intentions/plans in the Czech Republic? What are the migration strategies of Russian speaking students in the Czech Republic? How do these strategies change over time? What connections exist between the life cycle of the student and the migration process? This is an anthropological, multisite field research, with participant observation being the core research method. As of 2015, 55 student research participants participated in the research (41 from Russia and 14 from Kazakhstan), with whom formal and informal interviews were made. Transnationalism and migration system theory have been used as theoretical concepts so as to better understand the student migration process.

Macroeconomic Analysis - the Case of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The theme of this thesis is the macroeconomic analysis - the Case of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Work is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. The first theoretical part is focused on selected macroeconomic indicators and their calculation method. Macroeconomic variables, which were chosen as gross domestic product, inflation, unemployment and balance of payments. In the analytical, practical section describes the evolution of macroeconomic indicators in the stipulated period. The second part assesses and compares the statistical data of gross domestic product, the general rate of unemployment, inflation and balance of payments. The conclusion summarizes the results and benefits of the thesis.
Kazakh Currency Tenge

The thesis deals with both development and contemporary status of Kazakh currency Tenge. The thesis deals with history of Tenge introduction, describes Kazakh banknotes and coins, their shapes and characteristics of their protective elements. The aim of the thesis is a detailed investigation of problems with introduction and strengthening of Kazakh national currency. The thesis will evaluate development of Tenge currency in relation to foreign currencies, mainly US Dollar, Euro and Russian Ruble. Furthemore, the next aim is the evaluation of forged Tenge currency occurrance.
Problems of Unemployment in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The bachelor thesis on the topic Problems of unemployment in the Republic of Kazakhstan is a summary analysis of employment and unemployment in Kazakhstan. The aim is to determine the nature and cause of the unemployment rise, to analyse the employment policy and to propose measures to increase employment in the state. The research part describes the labour market theory and explains various concepts such as unemployment and its types. It also describes different government employment policies, both active and passive. The second part of the thesis contains the analysis of unemployment by age, education, gender, region and the development of active employment policy in the last decade, the financial resources deployed and the proposal for solving the problem of unemployment.
Analysis of the marketing environment of the Republic of Kazakhstan for selected elements of the strategy HAMÉ Ltd.

The main aim of this Thesis is to find out if specific elements in international buisness strategy of HAMÉ Ltd. are suitable for marketing enviroment of the country, which belongs to the sphere of influience of HAMÉ Ltd. This country is Republic of Kazakhstan. Metodology for analysis was taken from specialised literature. It consists of classification of individual elements of marketing enviroment, methods for studying the marketing enviroment, searching for inconsistencies in business strategy and using obtained data in its correction. Analysis itself was divided to three stages. At the first stage marketing environment of Republic of Kazakhstan was characterized, at the second stage trade operations of HAMÉ Ltd. on the specified market are described, at the third stage PEST and SWOT analzses were carried out, obtained results were used in creating of assessment of the suitability of the business strategy in the market conditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Entire data gathered during analysis were used in developing of necessary steps for increasing of the total electivity of business strategy of HAMÉ Ltd. on the market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of thesis was to introduce Kazakhstan's banking sector. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part inlcludes brief characteristics of the Kazkhstan's financial sector, the second part describes banking development in Kazakhstan, central bank and commercial banks' activities, risk management methodology, financial market supervision authority. The last part deals with global crisis and the way it has affected Kazakhstan's banking sector.
