Distributed systems for cryptoanalysis
Vašek, Jiří ; Trzos, Michal (referee) ; Sobotka, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis should introduce a reader with basic objectives of parallel computing followed by distributed systems. The thesis is also aimed at description of cryptographic attacks. The main point should be to obtain theoretic information for design of distributed system for cryptoanalysis.

Accelerometric Distributed System
Kopečný, Martin ; Číp, Ondřej (referee) ; Václavík, Vlastimil (advisor)
This thesis deals with principles of measuring of acceleration with commercially available accelerometers and theoretical analyses of measuring of angular speed of rotational motion. Then the proposition of application’s connection controlled by microprocessor and software solution with implementation of serial communication interface is described. The function of the apparatus is examined with experimental measuring and elaborated protocol.

Cloud Framework on Infrastructure as a Service
Pech, David ; Zelený, Jan (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)

Virtual Access to Nodes in PlanetLab
Fic, Jiří ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (advisor)
PlanetLab as a distributed systems testbed offers a unique opportunity for developing and testing new applications useful for future Internet. This work brings up a scheme and a solution of the problem with accessing PlanetLab by a larger group of students e.g. for the purpose of solving their courseworks. A designed system empowers its administrator to create and control virtual user accounts which provide possibility for all its users to connect to selected nodes in the PlanetLab.

Optimization of Distributed Network Flow Collector
Wrona, Jan ; Grégr, Matěj (referee) ; Žádník, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the optimization of distributed IP flow information collector. Nowadays, the centralized collector is a frequently used solution but is already reaching its performance limits in large scale and high-speed networks. The implementation of the distributed collector is in its early phase and it is necessary to look for solutions that will use it to its full potential. Therefore this thesis proposes a shared nothing architecture without a single point of failure. Using the above proposed architecture, the distributed collector is tolerant to the failure of at least one node. A distributed flow data analysis software, whose performance scales linearly with the number of nodes, is also part of this thesis.

Intelligent Agents in Wireless Networks
Kružliak, Miroslav ; Samek, Jan (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This Master thesis deals with synchronization of sensor nodes in wireless sensor net. It is used event ordering by the implementation of logical clocks . Lamport's algorithm is used here for synchronization, which is trying to order events within the given system. The thesis also evaluates how appropriate this principle for synchronization is. The implementation has been carried out in agent-oriented language AgentSpeak on the Jason platform. Samson environment has been used and modified for observation of this synchronization's behaviour and testing purposes.
