This Master's Thesis deals with the processing of a business plan in the hospitality industry, offering more fast food nutrition products. The concept reflects the trend in business today, which became the focus of consumers on a healthy and balanced diet. The aim is to create a business plan for fast and healthy meals offered to customers in a comfortable family home bistro-café and finally to evaluate its feasibility. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the theory, based on scientific literature. The content of the practical part is the description of the business plan, market, customers and competitors analysis. Based on the results of each analysis is then assembled a firm marketing strategy. The financial plan includes a realistic, optimistic and pessimistic version. The conclusion is then evaluated the business plan and its feasibility.

The diploma thesis represents valuation of company which is focused on applied research, certification and testing of road construction material. The goal of the valuation is to estimate the market value of the company, using the methods of DCF Entity and Branch Multipliers. The paper includes strategic and financial analysis, asset allocation into operationally necessary and unnecessary, value generators and financial plan of company. Text is accompanied by clear tables.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the value of the company SIKO KOUPELNY a.s. as of 30th November 2012 for the potential sale to an unknown buyer. The first part deals with theoretical basis for evaluation of the company. In the second part of the thesis I asses the value of the company. At first I evaluate the market position of the company and its internal and external potential using strategic analysis. Then I determine the financial health of the company using financial analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, I have established a financial plan for the company in order to assess its development in the future, and chose the method of the evaluation. At the conclusion of the thesis I assess the company's value using the discounted cash flow method.

The presented thesis deals with problems of the tourism services enterprises. The main objective is to identify conditions for possible development of the accommodation services enterprises. Two partial goals were set up so as the main objective is fulfilled. First partial objective concerns the problems of the location of the accommodation establishment in the close connection of the potential to attract the tourism participant to the related area. Second partial objective is to identify factors that influence the satisfaction of the tourism participant who has visited the researched area and that relate the keeping the visitor staying longer time in the accommodation establishment or in the related region. The problems of the concept being solving is very large and include dealing with questions that touch a number of theories concerning not only entrepreneurship itself but also economy, management, marketing as well as the spatial and regional science and humanities.
