Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současného stavu podniku, analýza jeho významných konkurentů a stanovení konkurenční výhody podniku. Na základě zjištěných poznatků budou navržena opatření, která povedou k udržení či zlepšení dosavadního postavení podniku na trhu. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current state of the company, analysis of its major competitors and the competitive advantage the company. Based on the findings will be proposed measures aimed at maintaining and improving current status of the company in the market.
