Flying Routes Data Mining System from Web Portals
Hanák, František ; Koutný, Jiří (referee) ; Ruttkay, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor`s thesis describes flying routes data mining system from web portals. It deals with questions of data mining from web portals, the UML language and its role within design of application and also with its architecture. The main part of thesis follows implementation of application, which is divided into parts windows service, administration web interface and web services. The real usage of application is for example as data source for other web applications, which provide central searching through all airlines and make easier selection of flights.
Datamining of Relevenat Information from WWW with Using Social Networks
Smolík, Jakub ; Zelený, Jan (referee) ; Samek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis focuses on solving problems related to searching of relevant data on the internet. In text is presented possible solution in form of application capable of automated extraction and aggregation of data from web and their presentation, based on input key words. For this purpouse there were studied and discribed possibilities of automated extraction from three chosen data types, mainly used as data storages on the internet. Furthermore it focuses on ways of data mining from social networks. As a result it pressents planning, implementation, realization and testing of created appliation which can easily find, display and let user easy access searched informations.
The space data analysis
Burešová, Klára ; Štarha, Pavel (referee) ; Procházková, Jana (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of spatial data and 3D descriptors for object recognition in scenes. The aim of the thesis was to study the issues of working with 3D data and to make a study of different types of 3D descriptors. In this work, we analyzed some descriptors in terms of their ability to describe and quantify the properties of objects in three-dimensional space. Based on this analysis, we selected a suitable descriptor for object recognition in scenes and implemented it. The result of this work is a deeper understanding of 3D descriptors and their applications in spatial data analysis. Our implementation of the selected descriptor provides a basis for further research and development in object recognition in 3D scenes.
Layout-based Data Extraction from Documents
Sedláček, Martin ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with automated data extraction from medical reports in PDF format based on document layout analysis. The main content of the thesis is an introduction to data extraction, a comparison of existing tools and a presentation of the design and requirements of the developed tool, which will be based on the FitLayout application framework. The thesis then describes the actual implementation of the tool in Java and comments on the results achieved by the tool on real data.
Automatizované zhromažďovanie a štrukturalizácia dát z webových zdrojov
Zahradník, Roman
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a solution for continuous data acquisition from web sources. The application is in charge of automatically navigating web pages, extracting data using dedicated selectors, and subsequently standardizing them for further processing for data mining.
Získavanie a analýza dát pre oblasť crowdfundingu
Koštial, Martin
The thesis deals with data acquisition from crowdfunding and their analysis. The theoretical part is focused on the description of available technologies and algorithms for data analysis. In the practical part the data collection is realized. Data mining and text mining algorithms are applied in this section for data.
Sources of economic data in the world and the possibilities of their treatment with the R software
SVOBODA, Marek
The main target of this bachelor thesis is to describe acquiring economic data from the online sources and show examples of processing the data in program R. The theoretical part of this thesis presents ten online sources of economic data and basic information about program R and programming language R. The sources that are described here are The World Bank Data, United Nations Data, IMF Data, WTO Data, OECD Data, The World Factbook (by CIA), Wolfram|Aplha, Eurostat, Czech Statistical Office and Quandl. The operator of each source is briefly introduced and then the possibilities of acquiring data for each source are described. The practical part of the thesis presents four libraries in program R which are focused on acquiring data. The libraries which are described here are WDI, eurostat, wbstats and Quandl. The possibilities of acquiring data and practical usage of methods the library provides in program R are shown for each library. Then the examples of transforming and processing the acquired data in program R are described.
Modeling and animation of biological structures
Matulík, Martin ; Bílek, Michal (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
Following work deals with subject matter of digital modelling and animation of biological structures. Software tools for computer generated images (CGI), well proven in common practice, are evaluated, as well as tools for specific activities, available inside chosen software environment. Among vast pool of modelling approaches are discussed tools suitable for creation and representation of selected structures, along with tools essential for their consequent animation. Possible rendering approaches and their parameters in relation to qualities of resulting computer-generated images are discussed as well. Above-mentioned approaches will be consequently utilized for modelling, physical simulation and animation of erythrocyte’s flow throughout blood vessel in following project. Resulting output of that work will be based on series of digital images, suitable for creating video-sequence containing abovementioned animation in end-user digestible form.
