This bachelor´s thesis describes the design of a house. It consists of two-storey house with basement, double garage with a flat vegetation roof. A significant feature of the house is a stainless pergola, which forms the lee of the house. The house will be built in the new developing area of detached houses in the village Vedrovice. The house is designed for a family of four people. The entrance is oriented to the north-west, the living rooms to the south-west and south.
Detached house, Žeravice

This bachelor thesis deals with the working out of the project documentation to execution of a new house of a detached house with a garage for two cars. The house is placed on a sloping land in the village of Žeravice (696 47). It is a two-floor house for 4 persons and it has one above-ground floor and an attic. In the first above-ground floor there is a vestibule. From this vestibule there is the entrance leading to the garage, hall, living room with the kitchen, WC and a technical room. In the attic, there is a floor, bedroom with a closet and a bathroom. Moreover, there are also two rooms with their own closets and another bathroom. The house is built on strip made of concrete. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of the house are from the cement-chips shuttering system (Velox). The roof of both the house and the garage is a pent, single-aisle roof with a slope of 7 ° plotted with glued trusses.

This thesis describes of design a new building family house with engineer’s office situated in Boršov. It is a two storey building with one living cell to 4 people and office. House is designed from brick system and his roof is designed as flat. The roof above office is split in two parts where the first part is made as terrace and the second part is a vegetative green roof. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislation and standards.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for a new family home. The building is located in the village Topolná in gently sloping terrain and is designed for a family of 4 members. House is designed as a freestanding, two-floored, with flat roof. The house has a garage. Above the garage there is a terrace and green roof. Vertical structures are bricked of lime-sand bricks, ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. The house is insulated contact system ETIC with an insulating layer of foamed polystyrene.

My bachelor theses deals with a family house with an establishment that serves as tax adviser office. The house is situated in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořák street. The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House is designed for four-member family. There is separate entrance from the street to the place of business on the left side of the first floor. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beams and ceiling Miako. House and garage is covered with a flat roof single-shell.

The bachelor thesis deals with processing of project documentation of family house with business base in Žamberk. There is going to be one housing unit 4+1. Operating area, which contains one room and a bathroom, is fixed with the family house. The family house is two-level made of two rectangular objects 11,5x8 and 8x4,5 m. The entrance to the house is located at north-west side. The supporting wall system designed of brick blocks HELUZ. The house is covered with a flat roof. Enclosed seminar thesis deals with water-proofing of lower structure and points at issue connected to it.

The bachelor´s work concerns a new building of double floored slab detached house with a café. The object is designed in the community of Hradec Králové. Ground plan of object is constituted by two mutually moved rectangles. Café is situated in a single floored part of object, oriented to the east. Parking spaces are designed at the entry to café. Housing unit is situated in a double floored part of object, oriented to the west. The object is roofed by arched roof with inclination 2-18 %. Facade of café is covered by stone facing, there are plasters on other facades.

This bachelor's work deal with study of family house which includes shop ( for business aktivity). Building is designed for parcel which is located in village Radiměř in Svitavy distrikt. Whole project and all appendixes are done in accordance with all actual regulations, public notices, laws and norms. Building is located in village Radiměř at parcel number 1548, Radiměř katastral territory. Lot is designated for family housing. In vicinity of parcel are all public outlets. In the house is located appartment which would accommodate 5-6persons easily. House is connected with shop which could be used as barber shop. Building is two story house, partially done with celler, with prevailing dimentions 22,7m x 11,7m. Building is build into slopy terrain. Building will be done with „valba“ style roof, framework is Porotherm, celler is projected from Presbeton „lost mold“. Apendix deals with issues of „ventilated facade“
Fire Station type P

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation of a fire station type P, which is a type of fire station designated for 5 – 8 firemen in one shift, that organize a single fire unit. The project as well as the addenda is elaborated according to contemporary legislature and standards. The fire station is located on the plot number 1781/1, in the cadastral area of Šternberk in the district of Olomouc. There are all necessary infrastructures near the plot and the plot is well accessible from the local road. The fire station is located on a slightly sloping terrain, and it’s divided into two parts: the utility premises and the garage. The fire station itself is a two-floor building without a cellar. There is also a three-floor tower designed for drying fire hoses.
