In the second part, the survey methodology is used for comparison of discrimination of women according to their age and the size of an enterprise. The data analysis based on this research shows that ageism constitutes a problem for all age groups and not only for elderly people as claimed by many theories. When comparing the intensity of ageism in small and medium-sized enterprises, we can say that this issue is present in both categories mentioned above and its intensity differs according to the age of the employee and also pursuant to situations when the employee is treated unfairly.
