Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě dostupných a získaných dat přiblížit problematiku týkající se cizinců na území České republiky. Analýza počtu cizinců, počet povolení k pobytu a jejich integrace do české společnosti jsou velmi důležitými faktory při vědomí, že se imigrace stává jedinou možností při zachování reprodukce obyvatelstva a následné udržitelnosti ekonomické aktivity. Velmi důležitou součástí je však získání přehledu o možnostech cizinců a jejich následném uplatnění na pracovním trhu. Nejdůležitějším cílem této práce je zajistit ucelený pohled na problematiku cizinců v České republice, a to z hlediska integrace, rodinného chování a jejich zaměstnanosti. Zároveň práce zjišťuje, jaký vliv, ač už pozitivní či negativní, mají cizinci na ekonomiku České republiky. The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on available and acquired data to bring issues concerning foreigners in the Czech Republic. Analysis of the number of foreigners, the number of residence permits and their integration into Czech society are very important factors in the knowledge that immigration is becoming the only option while maintaining the reproduction of population and the consequent sustainability of economic activity. A very important part is to get an overview of the possibilities of foreigners and their subsequent opportunities in the labour market. The most important objective of this work is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of foreigners in the Czech Republic, in terms of integration, family behaviour and their employment. Furthermore, this work investigates the impact, although positive or negative, foreigners on the Czech economy.
