The goal of this thesis is to explain the principles of franchising. The thesis is made up of three chapters. First teoretical chapter is concerning about the advantages and the disadvantages for franchisors and frnchisants. In the thesis, there is described the situation on the czech market and possible perspective of another development.. Second one contains details about the franchise concept that offers the company Daos Plus s.r.o. At last the conclusions of research among young people are published and show the general knowledge in this area.

This bachelor thesis deals with franchising as the possible entry method to the market. The thesis is divided into two core parts. The first one contains basic definitions and terms connected with franchising, the second one describes particular franchising company operating in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this thesis is application of gained theoretical knowledge on the functional franchising company Remax Czech Republic.

Franchising as a method of market entry

In the first part of my paper I concentrate on analyzing franchising as form of entrepreneurship on a concrete example -- Restaurants Potrefená husa. In the second part, using methods analysis and comparation I examine the demandness of entry franchise concepts in the German and Czech markets. My criteria for the demandness of entry are concentration of franchise concept on the market, law regulations, supply of advisory services and the last criterium is the economical demandness of market entry. In the end of my paper I do the final comparation of the demandness of market entry of franchising concepts in Czech Republic and Germany.

The diploma thesis contains a description of the situation in franchising in the Czech Republic. The main part is focused on a franchising system and future strategy of the project Hračky Modré z nebe. It presents the company Eltsen a.s. which wants to realize the project in the future, its historical development and current situation. The thesis describes the way which the company would like to choose to be able to realize whole project.

Franchising jako forma vstupu na trh

Předkladaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou franchisingu jako formy vstupu na zahraniční trh. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nejprve teoreticky rozebrat franchising jako jednu z možných forem expanze firem na zahraniční trhy, přiblížit problematiku franchisingu z pohledu prodávajícího franchisy a nakonec i aplikovat teoretické poznatky pro zkoumání a zhodnocení franchisingové firmy působící na českém trhu. Cíle jsou dosažené propracováním teoreticky uceleného pohledu na franchising z pohledu franchisora, analýzou a následným zhodnocením vstupu franchisingové firmy HIRSH INTERNATIONAL LTD na český trh. Za určitých podmínek, franchising se ukazuje jako dobrá volba formy vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh, která má řadu výhod. Předkládaná bakalářská práce obsahuje úvod, šest hlavních kapitol, závěr, seznam použité literatury a zdrojů a přílohy.

Franchising jako metoda vstupu na trh

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá franchisingem jako metodou vstupu na trh. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první - teoretické - popisuje historii, pojmy, definici, zásady a typy franchisingu. Druhá - praktická - se pak soustředí na příklad konkrétní firmy, která expanduje na nové trhy pomocí franchisingu. Je jí firma Yves Rocher. Cílem práce je analyzovat vhodnost franchisingového konceptu na příkladu firmy Yves Rocher.

Aplikace franchisingu v potravinářském odvětví

Diplomová práce se zabývá aspekty podnikání franchisingových společností. První část práce se zabývá zařazením franchisingu v rámci podnikatelských sítí, charakteristikou subjektů, které se věnují a působí ve franchisingu a dále popisu potravinářského odvětví v ČR. Další část je zaměřena na konkrétní aspekty podnikání ve franchisingu, tedy na výběr franchisora franchisantem, podnikatelský plán, financování tohoto plánu a náležitostmi franchisingové smlouvy.

Řízení lidských zdrojů ve franchisingu

V diplomové práci jsou popsány specifika řízení lidských zdrojů ve franchisingu. Jsou zde uvedeny reálné příklady firem Yves Rocher a Subway. Z těchto praktických znalostí a pomocí teoretického základu jsou vyvozeny tři druhy strategií řízení lidských zdrojů ve franchisingových systémech. Jeden z těchto modelů je aplikován na společnost Pompo, která se připravuje na podnikání pomocí franchisingu. Jsou zde rozpracovány jednotlivé činnosti personálního managementu. V práci je také navržen franchisingový balík, který by měla společnost Pompo nabízet jako součást franchisingové licence.
