Analysis of Motivation and Remuneration System of a Chosen Company

The bachelor work named ``Analysis of Motivation and Remuneration System of a Chosen Company{\crqq} is focused on human resources management, utilization and support of motivation factors and stimulation tools within employees{\crq} remuneration system of ČZ a. s., based in Prague, Sluneční nám. 2540/5, with a production plant in Strakonice. The aim of this work is to analyse the motivation factors and employees{\crq} remuneration system and their involvement in current practice, including proposals for changes in the remuneration system. The results of this work are proposals for improvement of employees{\crq} motivation and remuneration process and utilization of the motivation and stimulation tools which result in better employees{\crq} interest {--} not only individuals{\crq} but also team involvement and teamwork. It is obvious that human factor is the most valuable capital of the company. By this reason it is very important for the company to create conditions for employees{\crq} motivation to reach the best results and to be remunerated for them. Motivation of every individual will be reflected in prosperity of the whole company in the future.
The system of motivation in the chosen subject

In the project I discuss the issue of motivation from the theoretical point of view, and from the view of the present state of the company. Finally I suggest ways to improve motivation of employees. Presumption for effective utilization of tools which can effect work motivation is an understanding of all resources of motivation, the needs of employees, their values and job attitudes. The most frequently used tools to improve motivation of employees are monetary benefits, managerial style, job description and social status. The project also deals with remuneration. In the first part of the work I explain relevant definitions in the legal point of view and then introduce and describe the current reward system. The reward criteria are suggested for employees with the high need for change of pay structure and organizational reward system.
Optimalization of labour costs in chosen company

The aim of this studies was to look into and describe in detail remuneration in chosen company. The fact that remuneration is financial and non-financial rewarding, but also the philosophy, policy, strategy and methods used by companies in organizing and maintaining their salary structure. The first part of the bachelor thesis analyses the theories of remuneration, eg. scale of salaries, wage system, average minimum wage, costs, productivity of labour. In the second part I target the analysis of productivity of labour and wage system in company. Conclusion consists mainly of the recommendations which propose how to improve the system in the company.
Employment - analysis of taxing and accounting aspect in the conection with employee benefits and other means of remuneration in budget organization Lišov Town

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the budgets of government organizations within the city of Lišov, primarily in the field of human resources focusing on employee benefits and motivation. The theoretical part deals with application of related laws in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on a specific organization, here in the city of Lišov and it´s established municipalities, the partnership between municipalities with extended powers and the possible optimization of the procedures within this organization.

My bachelor work is divided into two parts. In the first part I dealt with basic features of motivation, theories of motivation, influencing, stimulation and remuneration. In the second part of the bachelor work is described the situation of the company BRVZ s.r.o. It was determined three hypotheses that I tried to confirm them or controvert them. I used an employee questionnaire as means of my survey.
Motivation strategies with focus on system of wages in the organization

This thesis is concentrated on motivation strategies with focus on the system of wages in an organization. Theoretic part focuses on motivation and worker remuneration. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the system of wages in the chosen organization. The subject of the practical part is an agricultural cooperative, which deals with plant and animal production. The introduction characterizes activities in the cooperation and its organization structure. Next part concentrates on analysis of employee numbers, education and age structure. Important part of this thesis is motivation of employees in the organization. Motivation is realized through a number of work benefits. Remuneration is described in accordance with various subdivisions of the cooperative. The progress of average wages has been compared with the average wage in the Czech Republic, and then it has been compared with average wages in the agriculture. Another analysed indicator was work productivity in the organization. The conclusion contains strengths and weaknesses of the system of wages and proposals for changes in the remuneration system and motivation in the organization.
Motivation and remuneration of human resources in the choice company

Purpose of my work was performed the current state analysis of motivation and remuneration of human resources in the choice company and proposed the appropriated changes leading to superior firm prosperity. I choose the company XY Inc form my work. This company is carried business in processing industry and is settled in south Bohemia. In the firm I focused on motivation of employees, who work in workshop. Primary resource of information, needed to getting the basic finding about motivation and remuneration in the company, was interview with manager of the firm.

The aim of the bachelor work is to determine, how employees of the concrete company are satisfied with organization contribution to increasing their satisfaction and how employees themself promote the reputation of the company. The work is focused on an analyze of motivation, salary, remuneration, employee benefits, employee relations and employee participation in problem solving and their influence on job satisfaction. From the beginning there is a theoretical solution and then the solution is compared with the company SAND TEAM, spol. s r.o., which was got from question -- form survey. According to the survey results will be proposed some proceeding contribute to increase employee satisfaction.

The thesis seeks to capture a comprehensive view of job performance and its relationship to other business processes and systems. In the first part of the thesis there are described the principles of performance management concept, methods and trends in performance management, motivation, planning, performance assessment, remuneration and staff development in relation to job performance. The second part focuses on the analysis of performance management in MobilKom, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the performance management system in MobilKom, a. s. and formulation of proposals for its optimization.
Motivation of employees in the organization in Belarus

My work covers the phenomenon of employee motivation as no one can doubt that human resources are one of the most important factors for every company. The purpose of this study is to analyse and evaluate techniques for employee motivation, used by the company NEVEL, to determine the factors, influencing the performance level of the employees and to propose an effective system of stimuli, especially in the field of remuneration, which is one of the main motivational tool in developing countries. This work investigates the motivational tools , used in the company NEVEL that is founded in Belarus. Data collection for the analysis of employee motivation was carried out with the help of questionnaire. The theoretical part of my work is devoted to the explanation of the notion of motivation, to the description of such motivation models as Herzberguv two-factors model, X and Y theories, depending on McGregor, ERG-ALderfera theories, equilibrium theory etc.
