[cze][eng] Práce pojednává o motivaci z hlediska teorie, současného stavu podniku a v závěru práce i o doporučení pro zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců. In the project I discuss the issue of motivation from the theoretical point of view, and from the view of the present state of the company. Finally I suggest ways to improve motivation of employees. Presumption for effective utilization of tools which can effect work motivation is an understanding of all resources of motivation, the needs of employees, their values and job attitudes. The most frequently used tools to improve motivation of employees are monetary benefits, managerial style, job description and social status. The project also deals with remuneration. In the first part of the work I explain relevant definitions in the legal point of view and then introduce and describe the current reward system. The reward criteria are suggested for employees with the high need for change of pay structure and organizational reward system.
