In my bachelor thesis I solve the phase of main part of the building of the apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. Specifically execution of prefabricated floor SPIROLL and walls of permanent formwork and reinforced concrete columns. Further the work includes control and test plans, itemized budget of both stages, the transport solution, the proposal of the machine assembly and bill of quantities.

In this work it is mainly processed technological specification for reinforced concrete frame, design of mechanical assembly, schedule and itemized budget. There are also deal with quality requirements, occupational safety, site equipment and transport routes of materials for the phase.

This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological project of apartment building in Brno – Slatina, Kigginsova street. Thesis focus on technological phase of monolithic rough superstructure and masonry work. For this phases were processed technogical specifications and controlling ad testing schedules. Within this thesis was also compiled technical report, solution of transport roads, technical report and drawings of site equipmet. For main object was compiled itemized budget, which was foundation for completing time schedule. In diploma thesis are further processed safety requirements and chosen construction details.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the recreational resort. Bachelor thesis includes technological regulation for masonry and layout of ceiling Spiroll panels, next is the project of the machine set, the inspecting and testing plans, BOZP, the budget and the time table of the whole phase. I also worked out the technical report of the building site facilities including drawings needed.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the phase of the upper part of rough construction of the gaming center in Brno. This phase includes three different technological methods of implementation – assembly skeleton, concreting of monolithic elements and walling of the supporting and non-supporting structures. Construction Project for Implementation of Municipal Library in Slapanice

This thesis aims to formulate the construction technology project describing the municipal library in Šlapanice as a newly constructed building. The footprint plan of the designed object has the shape of the letter L. Part of the object facing towards the street serves for restaurant and cafe purposes, is single floored, and its roof is divided into two sections, starting with a gable roof followed by a flat roof. The building is located perpendicularly to the Riegrova street. The second part of the municipal library's building consists of two floors and is partially embedded in the slope. Its roof is divided into a gable roof and a flat roof as well. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a technical report on the construction technology project, a study describing the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, research of the transportation network, and the time and financial plan of the construction project. Further, this work presents the construction site equipment project, construction machines and mechanization proposal, technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and trusses implementation, resource assurance plan, inspection and test plan, and health and safety plan for selected processes. Later, this thesis focuses on the itemized budget for the chosen technological processes of the construction object, the main lifting mechanism proposal and assessment, drawings related to selected technological regulations and LEED certification.

The subject of the thesis is the solution of technological preparation of new building construction Futurama Business Park - the object C. In this thesis, is solved by the implementation of earthwork, foundation structures and reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton. Establishment of the building will be made on the concrete foundation slab. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with perimeter steel columns and glass façade. The work also includes a timetable and financial plan (budget) building, technological regulations, technical report of building equipment, mechanical design assembly, inspection and test plan, design of site facilities, safety plan, impact of technological stage on the environment.
