The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of processing the application for VAT refund for fuel in the selected company. Another pillar of the work is to address the decision-making process of purchasing fuel in selected EU countries, taking into account VAT Refund Institute. All outputs of the thesis are applied to real problems in the selected firm and serves for its use.

Bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of drawing subsidies from the Cohesion Fund through the Operation Programme of Environment and it focuses primarily on the first priority theme of the operation programme. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate a model application form a subsidy for the project of sewerage and water purification plant construction in Sloupnice.

This theses is focused on the European Union and EU funds. Description of structural policy and its history, with a focus on structural and cohesion funds. Furthermore, attention is focused on the subsidy received from the ROP southeast. In summary is given a new programming framework 2014-2020. The practical part of the thesis was to describe, analyze and evaluate the project co-financed by EU structural funds. The project was implemented within the ROP SE and tackle integrated transport in the region Breclav.

It analyzes the availability of funds for various non-profit organizations and offers a comprehensive overview of grant opportunities that are available due to our membership in the European Community. An important part is the information on the project management of European projects, especially the process of application and its output is, therefore, offer of the available resources, together with the principles and procedures to increase the success rate of applications for the subsidy.

This bachelor thesis deals with usage possibilities of subsidies programs for selected company ELEKTRO-FLEXI inc. Goal is to find out what kind of subsidies can company gain for her growth as well as growth of its employees. What does it need to do to obtain them, what requirements it must meet and to find out (by usage of calculations) whether it will be beneficial for the company. Mainly subsidies programmes from european structural and investment funds will be analyzed in this thesis.

Validation of Web Accessibility

The subject matter of this project is accessibility of web pages and possibilities of its automated validation. This thesis defines what web accessibility really is and identifies what disabilities can users of the Internet suffer from. The main goal is to analyse and to compare current web accessibility rules valid in the USA, in the European Union and in the Czech Republic and to research existing validators as well. The tools are divided into the following categories: Online tools, toolbars and desktop applications. The output of this project is in form of specification and implementation of a new validation tool.

Comparison of Income Tax of Legal Entity in The Context of The Selected EU Countries

Czech company that focuses on financial modelling and advisory is being introduced in the bachelor’s thesis. The company considers expansion of its services. We will evaluate, whether the company shall seek for new capacities in the Czech Republic, or shall establish its subsidiary abroad. Specifically, we will analyze implications on the income tax of the new legal entity and profit repatriation. As is revealed, these factors have an important impact on such decision, and should be taken into account next to the production costs and general business environment in the respective countries.

Project Funding from EU Financial Resources

The aim of this work is to understand the preparation of projects financed from EU structural funds. The main objective is to create a project that will be able to apply for financial support from the EU. Concretely it is the project of Reconstruction and completion of Municipal museum Česka Trebova. The thoretical part focuses on goals and instruments of regional policy of European Union in period 2007 – 2013. The goal of practical part is to describe how to fill in the application form.
