Distribution, binding and mobility of Ni in soil in the closed Ni mining area in the vicinity of Křemže

Soils in the vicinity of Křemže in the Southern Bohemia are developed on altered ultrabasic rocks. The occurrence of Ni-hydrosilicate and Fe-rich ores in this area lead to their mining mainly during 19th century, then during the World War II. This thesis is focused on distribution and availability of Ni, Cr and Co and accompanying elements in soils at former mine and prospection sites (2 soil profiles and 32 topsoil samples at historical surface mine area). In all soil samples, physico-chemical parameters (pH, TOC, TS) and bulk concentrations of Al, Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn were measured. In addition, deionised water, DTPA and EDTA extracts were used to determine the (bio)availability and mobility of these elements. Some of trace elements were found in elevated concentrations in the mining area topsoils; mean Ni: 1175 mg/kg (range 545-2849 mg/kg), mean Cr: 416 mg/kg (240-849 mg/kg), mean Co: 127 mg/kg (65-238 mg/kg), mean Fe: 49155 mg/kg (30460-113800 mg/kg), mean Mg: 12648 mg/kg (8795-18770 mg/kg) and mean Mn: 1480 mg/kg (1028-2319 mg/kg). In soil profiles the Ni availability decreased with depth. In the uppermost organic O horizon in forest soil profile, 19.5 % and 23.8 % of total Ni was extracted by DTPA and EDTA, respectively. Efficient Transport of Electronic Mail with Microsoft Exchange Plugin

This project discusses optimization of e-mail and SMTP traffic in proprietary product of Microsoft Exchange 2013 in regard of marine industry. The goal is at first to analyze the requirements of this service on slow and unreliable network connections, SMTP traffic and then the product itself. Afterwards it defines specification for the final product and prepares the test environment. Design and implementation of transport agent using Exchange Management Shell is described for synchronization of two installations of Microsoft Exchange 2013; and focuses on emerged problems during the development, discusses different approaches and possible solutions. Testing shows various shortcomings of found solution. Finally, analysis of final solution shows possible future improvements and a need of security upgrade before applying to production environment.

Užití a funkce GIS pro složky integrovaného záchranného systému

This diploma thesis deals with using GIS in the integrated rescue system. By using the GIS-tools the parameters are calculated. These parameters could be used by different units of the integrated rescue system (such as police, firemen, ambulance) for the improvement of their activities. Especially the places with long driving distances and the minimisation of the time loss are considered to be found. The foundation of the new centres or the change of the districts beyond the purview of the current centres is suggested.

Proposal for the Implementation of DMS System in the Organisational Unit of a Company

Master´s thesis focuses on company´s internal documentation and Document Management Systems. It presents a proposal for the project of SharePoint implementation in the selected organisational unit of a company, using the Cloud Computing technology. An assessment of risks, resulted from the project and especially from the Cloud Computing, leads to the essential part of this paper, to the proposal of security arrangements and solutions. The arrangements will be advised to the organisational unit considering the economic cost comparison with potential risks.

A System for Monitoring Status of Network Links via SNMP

The goal of the bachelor thesis is an implementation of the system for monitoring status of network links. System collects information from network nodes, from which calculates metrics and statistics, which are available for users in MIB. The communications with network nodes is proceeded by SNMP protocol. The system is implemented in C++ language as a multiplatform service.

The Performance of GNSS Services for the Area Navigation Applications of Civil Aviation in CR

The dissertation deals with the assessment of navigation performance of GPS/EGNOS system in user position domain. Examination is based on a static signal in space monitoring and evaluation campaign to assess the ability to provide sufficient performance for new navigation procedures. GPS/EGNOS system is the first primary navigation system to be used in the airspace of Czech Republic. The first part describes the benefits of using new procedures, summarizes navigation development and current status. The second part defines components of GPS/EGNOS primary navigation system being analysed and its characteristics with the potential impact on the quality of approach navigation services to be provided and ensured by EGNOS. Subsequently, the methodology for critical evaluation of GPS/EGNOS signal in space navigation performance in position domain to be monitored by of air traffic services was formulated, using new methods for investigation of accuracy, integrity and continuity with the focus on final approach procedures. Simultaneously supporting software for data analysis against performance requirements in position domain was designed. Based on campaigns of static experimental measurements and detailed analysis of combined GPS/EGNOS performance against the demands, the level of performance is analysed, the findings are presented and conclusions are made. In the last part, the usage of permanent geodetic stations for regular evaluation of GNSS performance for civil aviation purposes is designed and verified, and the conclusions based on navigation performance evaluation of observations from all selected station in the Czech Republic.

Comparison of communication network simulators

This work deals with comparation of simulator communication networks. Work is subdivided to several parts. Introductory part constists of a short description singular network simulators. In next part is realized its testing and comparation from several criterion. In the last part the lab task is created and its creation in Packet Tracer is described.
