University Residential Centre

This diploma thesis is aimed on solution of a three-storey object for residential and commercial purposes of a university. In the ground floor there is canteen with canteen kitchen, café, shops and fitness. The first and second floors are designed as an accommodation for students with different types of room layouts. Reinforced concrete skeleton was chosen as a load-bearing system of the building and acoustic masonry is used as an infill material. The roof is designed as a green flat roof with extensive type of flora. The object is founded on piles.
Multifunctional building, Brno

The project contains structural design of new multifunctional building in Brno. The building has five floors and a basement. In the first and second floor are designed stores and cafe. There are apartments in third to fifth floors. The basement serves as the technical background and storage space for users apartments. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete frame complete with walls of ceramic blocks. The roof is flat with a vegetative layer, and access for users apartmens.
Sports and Relaxation Centre

This thesis details the building design blueprints and associated project documentation for a sports and leisure center in the town of Holesov. The building consists of 2 floors and a basement. In the basement there are rooms for sporting and relaxation activities and a staff room for employees. There is a reception and restaurant in the first floor. The last floor contains massage parlors and solariums with the inclusion of a VIP lounge. This dissertation includes an architectural study and technical specifications for the sanitary engineering and concrete structures of the building. The latter of which includes the calculations for the cross reinforced concrete platform.
Fire station Vyškov

This thesis focuses on the design and preparation of project documentation Fire Rescue Station South Moravia, in Vyskov p.č.2472 / 1. Building design respects the city plan. It is shape and matter does not form an accent. The building is divided into three operating units on the premises standing together with garages, as well as workplace Prevention Department and the Department regional office. It has three floor and one souterrain, roof flat.

Subject of this Master thesis is project of new building Home for the Elderly. Object has 3 overgrounds floors. Part of the object has a cellar. There is also restaurant which is covered green roof. Another parts of objects are covered by flat roof. Home for the Elderly is well connected with nature. Capacity of the home is 26 seniors. Most apartments are for singles.
Hotel in Opava

Master´s thesis solves new building hotel in Opava with an accommodation capacity of 32 beds. Two rooms are designed as barrier- free. Detached building has three floors. The building has exterior dimensions 32,39 m x 24,24 m and height of the object up to the attic is 11,54 m. The first floor is a facility part for the hotel and restaurant kitchen, including kitchen traffic, the capacity of restauranet is 80 people. There is accommodation, warehouses, boiler room and air conditioning room on the second floor. Accommodation and warehouses are located on the third floor. The construction system is a skeleton with brick cladding. Foundations consist from reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls from simple concrete. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete without girders. Roof is made up of three single ply flat roofs, one of them is solved as a vegetation roof. The building is insulated with insulating contact system. The project also includes static specialization-concrete structures.
Training and Education Centre

This thesis solves design and project of construction of training and education centre, contains library, classrooms and administratice facilities. The building is set into a former allotment gardens on outskirt of Brno. The project reclaimed this land. The shape of the bulding is created by two connected curves, it reminds wide open letter "U". There are two buildings connected with glass vestibule, the object is partially sunk below ground. South side of the building consists of a double transparent facade, which contributes to energy savings, the northern facade is clad with wooden battens. Underground constructions are made of concrete, pillars and horizotal structures are made of laminated wood. Green roof is transferred underground on the west and east side of building. In the interior alternates exposed concrete and laminated wood.

Master's thesis - Apartment house - is drafted as building documentation under relevant laws and standarts. The project processes documentation of a new Apartment building. It is designed as a brick building with basement and three aerial floors. The roof is designed as a flat and walkable roof.
City House – Mixet Use Architecture

The project deals with completion a REC block buildings in Brno – Zábrdovice, defined by local roads. For the design of mass was used a porosity principle, when the site was covered with maximum static mass cutted by dynymic communication-optimal connections through the object. Object has five floors and a basement with garages and technical facilities. In the 1st floor and the part of 2nd floor are business premises, on the 2nd and 3rd level are administrative premises. On the part of a 3rd floor and in 4NP and 5th floor there are apartments. The foundations of an object is the reinforced concrete slab, the constuction systém is formed by reinforced-concrete columns with brick walls. Ceilings and staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. Object is topped by a flat roof, part of the roof is greened.
Hotel complex in the golf area

Project of a hotel complex in a golf area. There are projected three detached buildings placed in surroundings of golf course. The main building, where a restaurant and a conference hall are placed, has a single storey and green roof. The buildings with guest rooms are designed as single-storey buildings with gable roof. Each room has its own entrance from outside. The buildings are designed from Porotherm system and insulated with certified insulation system.
