The goal of the diploma thesis is value setting of the company with a use of standard methods of evaluation like financial and strategic analysis, analysis of value generators, financial plan and selected method of evaluation. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretic and apliccation part. The wanted value of the company is subjective value, it means value for the individual.

Model for monitoring the value of enterprise Informatics: system / deterministic chaotic model

This study deals with the value of ICT services. Enterprise Informatics is a widespread line of business and it is part of every company. There are not only software and hardware resources in enterprise informatics, but also people belong into and work with informatics every day. Currently, there are new trends how to manage enterprise informatics. Based on the same principles as for the business. A prerequisite for effective management is accurate overview of the costs and benefits. For this purpose there is a group of metrics which ensure measuring the amount of inputs, outputs and quality of services. The value of ICT services should be positive. Benefits should be greater than costs. The aim of this work is to create a model for monitoring the value of enterprise Informatics. Model simulate the dynamics of enterprise informatics and describe all important parameters in terms of value. Model should also find out if there are some external or internal factors, which could bring on some random element complicating the process of effective management.

Customer value as an indicator of competitive success

The aim of this work is to quantify the value for the customer in marketing, innovation and universal concepts for specific products. Investigational products are portable computers or laptops. Data for the work I get through questionnaires. Group of respondents are students of the 5th years, the representation of sex is the equivalent. Quantified value for the customer will be confronted with the commercial success of specific products. The aim of this work is to refute or confirm the hypothesis that the value for the customer can be considered as an indicator of commercial success.

Determination value of company ELMO, spol. s r.o.

The basic objective of the submitted thesis "Determination value of company ELMO, spol. s r.o." is exactly estimate the market value of ELMO company. Principle of this thesis states the summary and description of the incoming methods of company assessing. The analytic section of this thesis contains all information relating to above mentioned company. Further the financial and assessement analysis is performed and on its basis the financial plan is created. In next step the incoming methods are applied. The verdict of appraisal value is stated in the final section.
