The effectiveness of measures to reduce the energy intensity of family house
Menšíková, Dominika ; Weiss, Adam (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis aims to compare and evaluate the investments of two different alternatives leading to the reduction of energy instensity of the family house. The theoretical part characterizes and defines the concepts of low-energy and passive houses. Moreover, it addresses the topic of the creation of energy certificates for buildings supported by the New Green program. The theoretical part discusses comprehensive and in-depth definitions of concepts of investments along with funding in the construction industry. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of two measurements of a family house. A family house meeting the requirements of the program New Green savings, that will be eligible for necessary funds while succeeding in meeting the low energy standatds. Furthermore, the research conducted calculations of construction and material costs for specific family house measures. Finally, the las section of this research presents a return of investment for both varieties of the family house, including of the family house, including appropriate applicable measurements for the investor.
heating of the pedagogical advisory centre
Šrámková, Denisa ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the heating system of the pedagogical counseling center. The theoretical part of the work deals with the energy performance of buildings and a certificate of energy performance of the building. The calculation part deals with a separate design of the heating system and its partial elements. The calculation part also deals with hot water heating and heat accumulation. An air / water heat pump is designed as the heat source. The building is heated by radiators and underfloor heating. The entire technical solution is described in the technical report, including requirements for other professions.
Design of heating system of educational institution
Pánková, Pavlína ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horká, Lucie (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is the design of heating system and a hot water preparation for kindergarten. The heat source for the solved object are two gas condensing boilers in the technical room. Areas of the heating surfaces are panel radiators and tubular. Two large classes are heated by fancoils. Hot water heating will be provided by an indirect heating water heater. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the topic of hot air heating and fan coils.
Design of heating system of apartment building
Lacko, Martin ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horká, Lucie (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused and designed on the heating of an apartment building. The theoretical part describes heat pumps, their properties and types. The calculation part is focused on the specific design of the heating system. The designed heat source is an air/water heat pump. The heating of the building is solved using board and pipe bodies. Specifically and in detail, the technical solution and implementation requirements are described in the technical report.
Heating of the guesthouse
Kubík, Michael ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a heating system for a guesthouse located in a mountain area. The thesis is divided into 3 main parts - theoretical, computational and project. In the theoretical part, biomass and also petels are introduced. The second main part is focused on the concrete design of the heating system for heating and hot water. In the last part of the thesis, the technical report and the design of the building are provided.
Design of a heating system of a new apartment building
Kaša, Filip ; Maurerová, Lenka (referee) ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis aims to design heating and hot water heating of a new apartment building in Nové Město na Moravě. The building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. Heating is designed only for the upper floors, where there are living spaces. The sharing of heat into the space is ensured by plate radiators, tubular radiators and floor convectors. The system is designed in copper piping, as a hot water two-pipe. The system is powered by three gas condensing boilers. Hot water is heated by a storage heater.
Heating of the administrative building
Kadlček, Ondřej ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The objective of the bachelor´s thesis is a office building. The theoretical part deals with the distribution of hot water heaters, according to various criteria and their connection within the heating system. In the calculation part, a detailed design of the heating of the building is made. Air-to-water heat pumps are designed as a heat source. The building is heated by panel radiators, floor convectors and floor heating. Forced ventilation is provided by air handling units. The preparation of hot water is solved by preferential heating. The project part contains a technical report and drawing documentation.
New apartment building in Brno
Zelman, Martin ; Nespěšný, Ondřej (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The new building of a detached house will be located on the eastern outskirts of the city of Brno on plot no. 5014/4 in Líšeň district. It is a four-storey, fully basement apartment building, the first and last above-ground floors are different from the second and thirt above-ground floors. In the basement there are only common areas of the house. In the above-ground floors, the majority of the area of these floors consists of individual apartments, the rest of the area consists of common areas. The apartment building will serve for the housing of 56 people and will consist of fourteen residental units of size 3 + KK, which will be separated from each other. Access to individual housing units is possible only through common areas such as common corridors and staircases. The proposed construction system is a wall with a stiffening core. The house has a flat single-skin vegetation roof with extensive greenery, which is bordered by an attic. The load-bearing peripheral basement walls are made of reinforced concrete as well as the stiffening core of the building, which serves as an elevator shaft or as a horizontal load-bearing ceiling structure. The load-bearing masonry in the above-ground floors is made of sand-lime blocks. Non-load-bearing masonry is made of lime-sand and aerated concrete blocks. The construction is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and reinforced concrete. The building will be contact insulated with EPS facade thermal insulation boards. The material meets the requirements of ETICS. The insulated facade is designed in a creamy white and dusty gray color, the plinth will be made of marble. The plumbing elements are designed from galvanized sheet metal of gray color. The frames of the exterior openings have an anthracite colour.
Low-temperature heat storage
Kavunov, Dmytro ; Baláš, Marek (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a low-temperature heat storage used for heating buildings. The theoretical part deals with a brief research on the issue of a low-temperature heat storage. Furthermore, the work presents implemented projects using a low-temperature heat storage. In the practical part, a suitable low-temperature storage is designed, related balance calculations of its capacity and temperature profiles are performed. This part includes the creation of a model which describes the charging and discharging of the storage over time and the use of its results to test operating parameters.
Design of a photovoltaic power plant for a selected building
Zerzánek, Tomáš ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Jandová, Kristýna (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on giving energy by renewable resources, more precisely photovoltaic power plants and heat pumps. The principles of energy sources, or production processes, are described for the given energy sources. There is described theory of photovoltaic power plant in more detail. Practical part of this thesis is concentrated on design of photovoltaic power plant for energy independence of family house, which is simulated in PV*SOL software. Hereafter is heat pump output power designed by heat losses of building. The building has lower electricity consumption needed for heating, by using a heat pump.
