This bachelor thesis is concerned with employees motivation in one of a prague hotel. The theory is focused mainly on a motivation, a stimulation and a satisfaction durinig a procedure. The point of the practical part is an analysis of the motivation system and employees satisfaction in the hotel. The resulting information is explicated. For the parts with the worst findings, there are some recommendations suggested due to improvement of the present motivation system.

Analysis of work satisfaction

There are many factors around us that change our satisfaction, motivation and decisions. We all spend much time at work during our lifes and that is why I want to do a research of working satisfaction. I will realize this research by using a list of questions and oral interview in a company that employs about 60 people. I will focus on factors - wage, working environment, interpersonal relations - and their impact on the satisfaction rate. Main goal of my work is to improve care of eployees by proposing a recommendation to management of the company that may lead to lower fluctuation of employees, more effective work and higher prosperity of the company.
Analysis of the working satisfaction in a company

The thesis contains is to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction at the base of theoretical knowledge, to make an analysis of the working satisfaction in the chosen company and to identify working factors, which evoke satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Correctional measures are proposed at the base of the outcomes of the research. For the research is used a questionnaire survey and the respondents are asked about the satisfaction with the remuneration, the content of work, the human relations, working conditions, possibilities of further education and personal development and career growth. They are also asked about their personal opinion of the company and the reasons for working in there.
Analysis of work positions and developing of employee evaluation

One is about developing of work positions's describtion. The second analysis is about developing new system of employee evaluation. The analysis includes collecting needed information, interpretations and recomandations. The analysis is made in existing company.
Financial crisis and human resources

Diploma thesis is dealing with the relation of financial and economical crises 2008/2009 and human resources. The first part is focused on the causes of crises that we can find in human resource management and employees. Second part describes changes on the Czech labour market, and give a recomendations how the HR department can dealt with it. It also includes the steps that can prevent the future crises.

In my diploma thesis I am going to focus on motivation and satisfaction of employees. In the first part I will describe in theory what motivation and satisfaction of employees include. In the second part I want to outline the procedure which I employed to collect information. In the following part I will define services provided for employees in company ABC. I made questionnaire analysis, which was an important source of information for me. At the end of my diploma thesis I will propose the solution for a better satisfaction of all employees in company.

The bachelor thesis is concerned with a modern theory of human resources in a company. It's focused mainly on the motivation of empolyees, as a very important part of human resources process, and factors of motivation such as instruments leading to satisfaction of employees and success of the company. The theory engages with a description of human resources activities, a defination of the motivation, motivation resources and motivation factors in the business world. In the practical part I analyse the motivation of employees in the AXA company, who became a favourite employer of a young generation. The main object of my thesis is to identify the interest in this job. And there is another object to analyse how to keep a loyality of AXAs' employees.

Bakalářská práce se člení na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice motivace obecně. Obsahuje základní pojmy jako je motivace, její zdroje a stimulace. Dále obsahuje teorie pracovní motivace, vysvětluje vztah motivu a výkonu a pojem motivační program organizace. Praktická část rozebírá jednotlivé motivační systémy společnosti ČSA, jako je systém odměňování, hodnocení zaměstnanců, vzdělávání a systém komunikace. Závěr práce je věnována průzkumu názorů a hodnot zaměstnanců společnosti.
