Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém odměňování ve společnosti EKOLS PRAHA spol. s r.o. Popisuje jakým způsobem jsou mzdy tvořeny, jaké formy odměňování jsou použity pro jednotlivé kategorie pracovníků a průzkum zda jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni s jednotlivými aspekty odměňování. The point of this thesis is to analyse the remuneration system in EKOLS PRAHA spol. s r.o. company. It describes creation of wages, which forms of remunarition are used for individual classification of employees and a research, wheter are employees satisfied with current remuneration system.
