Automatization of work place with electrical discharge machines
Gašpar, Daniel ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the current state in the workplace EDM and suggestion of the automation workplace in tool making "KASKO forms" including techno-economic assessment of the current and suggested solutions on the selected product and quantification of payback period.
Trends of development water jet machining
Brym, Radek ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
In diploma thesis there is elaborated the analysis of assumed development of water jet technology and there is analyzed the level of water jet method in production. There are introduced the possibilities of new applications of water jet machining and the possibilities of it’s future development. There is think over the enlargement of this method in next 5 years. Simultaneously there is solved the question of techno economic operation severity of this technology.
The proposal of the base body for wall clock using unconventional methods
Janás, Milan ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and manufacture of the basic body clocks using unconventional methods. The work consists of two parts. In the first unconventional methods are discussed in theory explaining the basic principles and methods of use of different methods and their advantages and disadvantages. More details are described two methods, laser and water jet, which are used in solving the practical part of this work. The second part describes a practical solution of the base body using a laser and water jet. The methods are examined in terms of suitability for use and are analyzed their advantages and disadvantages with respect to the manufactured part. In conclusion, these methods are compared from an economic perspective, production time, affecting surface and achieved accuracy. The outcome of this work is to compare the methods used to produce the base body and the assembly of functional clocks.
Chemical Machining Technology
Macháček, David ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the most used methods of chemical machining in the industry. There are discussed the basic principles of particular methods, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as their best use in terms of economics. The properties of used chemicals and basic safety in working with them are also mentioned.
Machines for unconventional methods of machining
Zelený, Radek ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This thesis is based on machines for unconventional machining, focusing on laser machining. The beginning of this work is summarized by what are unconventional machining methods that fall into this category and are then described along with their advantages and disadvantages The next section is focusing on laser machining. This chapter deals with machines used for laser machining parts that are convenient for a laser machine, but there is described a process itself that brings a lot of problems, advantages and disadvantages compared to other methods of machining. Finally, various technologies are compared for their suitability and use.
A COMPARISON OF THE WATER JET CUTTING AND LASER TECHNOLOGIES
Chamrad, Jakub ; Zlámal, Jan (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the introduction of non-conventional technology into the manufacturing workplace, mainly water jet and laser cutting. The first two chapters are research about water jet machining and laser. A practical part of my thesis was carried out with the assistance of Honeywell and involved comparing the efficiency of an older laser cutting machine against and new one for water jet machining.
Ultrasonic machining technology
Krajči, Jakub ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The main aim is of the thesis is to provide information about ultrasonic machining, to introduce ultrasound and its physical properties, to describe ultrasonic machining methods and to show the non-destructive use of ultrasound. Furthermore I will hold a discussion about this topic and make a quick summary.
Proposal production of a chain wheel with the unconventional methods of machining use
Mikeš, David ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of unconventional methods in machining (use of laser and hydro-abrasive beam) during chain wheel production. Firstly, the unconventional methods are divided according to the overwhelming effect of material separation, and then these methods are briefly described. In the second part of the thesis, you can find the technological process of chain wheel production with the usage of cutting operation method, which is followed by the assessment of production costs. Afterwards, the chain wheel is produced with the application of laser and hydro-abrasive beam. The final part of the thesis contains comparison between the unconventional methods and the conventional method of cutting operation. The comparison is based on the achieved structure of surface of the gear tooth, the production time and the economic point of view.
Production of parts from sheet metal (thin panel) through the use of method WJM/AWJ
Řezníčková, Hana ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis, divided into two parts, deals with unconventional water stream metal cutting methods used for production of components made from metal sheets. Fist part is theoretical and explains basic principles of water stream cutting technology and describes aspects affecting surface quality of the products and precision of the cutting. The second part focuses on the company product technological procedures and techno-economical evaluation of the component production.
Comparative Study of Enviromental Aspects of Different Non-conventional Cutting Technologies.
Muzikant, Dušan ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with possible impact of non-conventional cutting technologies on enviroment and human body. In the first part of this thesis are described characteristics and working principle of particular methods. In the second part there are detail solved enviromental aspects of four methods whit focus on the filtration machine systems or recycling of used materials, through which was the sample produced. During the production there were watched avalible parameters, which served for final compare of basic enviromental aspects of these four methods.
