Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou základního tělesa nástěnných hodin pomocí nekonvenčních metod. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první jsou nekonvenční metody rozebírány po teoretické stránce s vysvětlením základních principů a způsobů použití jednotlivých metod, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Podrobněji jsou zde popsány dvě metody, obrábění laserem a vodním paprskem, které jsou využívány v praktické části řešení této práce. V druhé části je popsáno praktické řešení výroby základního tělesa s využitím laseru a vodního paprsku. Metody jsou dále zkoumány z hlediska vhodnosti použití a jsou rozebírány jejich výhody a nevýhody s ohledem na vyráběnou součást. V závěru práce jsou tyto metody porovnávány z ekonomického hlediska, výrobního času, ovlivnění povrchu a dosažených přesností. Výstupem této práce je porovnání použitých metod k výrobě základního tělesa a sestavení funkčních nástěnných hodin. This thesis describes the design and manufacture of the basic body clocks using unconventional methods. The work consists of two parts. In the first unconventional methods are discussed in theory explaining the basic principles and methods of use of different methods and their advantages and disadvantages. More details are described two methods, laser and water jet, which are used in solving the practical part of this work. The second part describes a practical solution of the base body using a laser and water jet. The methods are examined in terms of suitability for use and are analyzed their advantages and disadvantages with respect to the manufactured part. In conclusion, these methods are compared from an economic perspective, production time, affecting surface and achieved accuracy. The outcome of this work is to compare the methods used to produce the base body and the assembly of functional clocks.
