Nursery school in Tišnov

The new building Nursery school is situated in Tisnov. Under the two storey building partialy runs basement. On the ground floor is located two departments nursery school with economic part. On the second floor is the classrooms and socialrooms. In the basement are mainly storerooms and utility rooms. The building is made of ceramic bricks and insulation contact system. The first storey is partly roofed with a flat roof and the second storey is sloped roof roofed. The building is constructed on footing foundations.
Wellness Sports-center with Accomodation

The new building of Sport and Relaxation Centre with the possibility of accommodation is situated on the vacant site in Blansko. Under the three storey building partialy runs basement. On the ground floor is located a restaurant with facilities, also rooms for sport and relaxation. On the second and the third floor is the centre’s accommodation with a total capacity of 38 persons. In the basement are mainly storerooms and utility rooms. The building is made of ceramic bricks. The ceiling construction is monolithic and the building has a flat roof. The building is constructed on footing foundations and strip foundations.
Detached Haus with a Design Office

The aim of this bachelor thesis is working out of the project documentation to execution of a new family house with a design office. The house is detached and is situated in the region of Vysočina in the village Světlá nad Sázavou, the cadastral area of Světlá nad Sázavou. It has a basement, ground floor and residential attic. The house is designed as a single family building for a family of four members. The part of the house is a design office that serves homeowner. The family house is roofed with Bramac 7. The shape of the roof is saddle except for the section of the design office where it is mono-pitched. The building is designed of brick construction system Heluz and of contact insulation ETICS.
Detached House with Design Office

The object of documentation is new development of a family house operating in the low -energy standard in the city of Rajhrad. Architectural design is influenced by the purpose of the building and by the character of the surrounding architecture, which greatly respecst and becomes part of them. The architectural composition is designed sparingly and rationally with respect to functional use of the builnding and the low-energy character based on the requirements of the investor. The object of documentation is a family two - stroeys house, which includes a parking area and also design office and garden house with appropriate stock. The family house is designed as one-generation house for a family of four. In the first floor are 6 rooms and in the second floor are located 8 rooms. To the house is connected a garage with access road. Design office consists of 9 rooms and it also involves a shelter. There is also situated the object of garden house with appropriate stock on the land. All objects are based on foundation strips of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal substructure are parts of Porotherm system. It is a brick construction system. The roof construction is made of wooden trusses in slope 18°. Drawing part is processed in AutoCAD and visualization programs SketchUp and Photoshop.
Family House

The aim of bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation to execution of a new detached house in the cadastral area of Moravský Písek. The house is detached and located within the area defined by the regulatory plan of the municipality. This house has a basement, ground floor and an attic. The house is designed for one family of 4 members. In the basement there are 10 rooms, which serve mainly for all utilities and storage facilities. The ground floor is the social part of the house with 8 rooms and a garage combined. The attic acts primarily as a quiet zone,in which there are 7 rooms. In the exteriér there is a staircase connecting the terrace with a basesment. The house is built on a foundation of strips made from plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of the house are from the type of system Porotherm. This is a type of brick construction system. The roof construction is designed with a pitched roof in an L shape with a slope of 39°. The drawing part is handled by the AutoCAD software, visualization is processed in the ArchiCAD and Artlantis software.

This thesis describes of design a new building family house with engineer’s office situated in Boršov. It is a two storey building with one living cell to 4 people and office. House is designed from brick system and his roof is designed as flat. The roof above office is split in two parts where the first part is made as terrace and the second part is a vegetative green roof. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislation and standards.
Family house in a slope

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to design a family house in a slope.. The house is designed for 4 to 5 family members in the town of Polná near Jihlava. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. It is designed as three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The one car garage is next to the house and shares one common wall with it. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Na Podhoře. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic blocks and the underground floor is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal constructions are made of girders and ceramic blocks. The staircase is made of reinforced concrete. The roof is one-face flat roof. The facade makes contrast with white plaster and dark plaster in the perimeter.
Two-Generation Detached House

This thesis describes the design of the two generation detached house in Stará Ves by Bílovec. The two generation house is divided into two flats, where flat for the oldest generation is solved only on the ground floor. Second flat for younger generation is designed as a two-storey. The two parts are covered with shed roofs, which are oriented opposite to each other.

The Project adresses a family house in Čeladná. The building is brick made with two floors and basement under part of the house. Design is rougly rectangular with gable roof. Building is divided between one apartment and one beauty parlor. Object is placed into terrain with minimal elevation. Basement contains storage rooms and utility room. First floor is composed of common rooms for house inhabitans and rooms used for beauty parlor service. Second floor cointains personal rooms of house inhabitants.

The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a slope in village Vřesina. The shape and height position of house is adapted to vertical alignment of ground. Object has got two floors and no basement. The main entrance to object is in the ground floor. The main residential rooms are situated to the south and to the southwest. Object is protected by soil from the north side. The vertical constructions are made from brick blocks. The ceiling constructions above first floor are made from vegetative roof with continuous connection on a slope. The roofing of the second floor is made from rafter. The facade of house is made as ventilated frontage from cement fibre board and wood board. The boards visually divide individual floors. The theme “Ventilated frontage” is elaborated in a separate attachment of the bachelor´s thesis.
