Distributed Rendering on WebGL Platform

Bachelor thesis deals with the research and the usage possibilities of modern web browsers from the view of 3D graphics and data distribution. In the research were used the new HTML5 standard technologies, such as the WebGL technology for low level graphics together with direct programming of the card shaders or XHR2 technology for asynchronous binary data transfers. The objective of the thesis is to implement a simple distributed 3D graphics renderer by application of these technologies.
Augmented Reality for Android Platform

This thesis describes design and implementation of augmented reality system for Android platform using location sensors. The application serves as a navigation and displays geographical points of interest. Thesis deals with augmented reality on mobile devices, describes design of own framework and mentions the details about implementation of selected problems. Finally, the results are evaluated.

Augmented Reality in CAVE

Tato práce se zaměřuje na technologii Cave Automatic Virtual Environment a konkrétně pak na využití principů rozšířené reality v tomto prostředí. Dává si za cíl odpovědět na otázku, zdali je možné použít v prostředí CAVE existující frameworky pro rozšířenou realitu, konkrétně ty, pracující na platformě iOS. Hlavní důraz je kladen na rozpoznávání markerů v tomto prostředí a na zvýšení přesnosti jejich rozpoznání. Práce odpovídá na množství otázek z této oblasti, jako jaké markery je vhodné použít, jaké jsou omezení a největší obtíže. Výstupem je demonstrační aplikace, pracující na platformě iOS, která v je prostředí CAVE otestovaná a plně použitelná. Tato aplikace by měla vylepšit uživatelský vjem z prostředí CAVE tím, že mu poskytne dodatečné informace a také základní možnosti interakce se zobrazenými objekty.
Augmented Reality for Mobile Devices for Precise Urban Navigation

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na rozšířenou realitu a její realizaci pro mobilní platformu Android. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na obeznámení se s principy rozšířené reality, možnostmi její realizace pro mobilní platformu Android, která je také podrobněji představena. V praktické části se dále zaměřuje na návrh a realizaci knihovny a aplikace využívající tuhle knihovnu pro tvorbu rozšířené reality na platformě Android pomocí GPS a polohových senzorů. Aplikace slouží jako navigace a zobrazuje cestu ke konkrétnímu cíly, jak v podobě rozšířené reality, tak i na klasické dvourozměrné mapě. Práce podrobně popisuje navrhované řešení knihovny a aplikace a jejich implementaci. Nakonec popisuje testování, zhodnocuje dosažené výsledky a diskutuje nedostatky výsledného řešení a možnosti jeho vylepšení, respektive rozšíření.
Accelerated Graphical User Interfaces

Tato práce je zaměřena na multiplatformní grafická uživatelské rozhraní a jejich hardwarovou akceleraci. Popisuje, co to uživatelské rozhraní jsou a srovnává nástroje na jejich tvorbu  a způsoby jejich realizace. Hlavním bodem je vlastní návrh a implementace nástroje na tvorbu multiplatformních hardwarově akcelerovaných grafických uživatelských rozhraní. Srovnává vlastní koncept s existujícími řešeními, a uvádí ho do praxe na projektu s externí firmou.
Comics Camera for Android

This bachelor`s thesis deals with the design and implementation of the application Comics camera in real time. The application is designed for mobile device with Android operating system. The thesis describes basic operations with Android, way of working with the OpenGL ES 2.0 library, the possibility of image processing and using this library in the application. The result of thesis is an application for Android platform, which will display Comics camera in real time with the comics effect. After taking a picture the application saves it to the device memory.
Graphical Interface for Board Games on Android Platform

This work presents a design and implementation of graphic user interfaces for board games. The objects of the investigation were various types of board games and graphic effects for virtual board game scene. We have developed a user interface design for different games. In the following sections the OpenGL ES library and its application to the Android platform are characterized. We explored the possibility of implementation in the native code. We have developed a system for plug-ins that allows implementing game logic in scripting language and defining the virtual scene for board game in XML language.
An Android Application fro Tiny6410 SDK

This thesis aims generally at getting positives and negatives of popular operating system Android running on development kit Tiny6410 which is a part of FriendlyARM family. The operating system and development kit are designed to be used in user multimedia embedded applications with communication features. The goal of this thesis is to take a look on this framework and to measure main parameters of the operating system, specifically to measure switching context time and time for allocation and operation of memory block. Next goal is to create user application which will control and monitor connected oscilloscope DSO-2150 by Hantek via USB interface. This application will also demonstrate positives and negatives of all programming enviroments, which are available, for user application development with consideration of their optimal use.
Game development with implementation of free to play payment model on Android platform

The objective of this thesis is to give an overview of possibilities of monetizing an application on Android platform and to evaluate its advantages and disadvantages. Next objective is to describe aspects of developing applications on this platform. The main goal of this thesis is to develop a mobile application, which will demonstrate the possibility of in-app payments. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The first one describes which technologies were used. Next chapter is about particular possibilities of monetization, which take into consideration not only the mobile market. This thesis then describes different aspects of developing an application on Android platform. The practical part deals with the development of a mobile game application with in-app payments and its distribution through Google Play -- an internet marketplace. The main benefit of this thesis is an explanation of procedures of making game application on Android platform with implementation of free to play payment system.
