Analysis of personnel work in the company

The main focus of this thesis, titled ?Analysis of personnel work in the company,? lies on system and management of personal work and personal activities in the context of human resource management as one of the preconditions to be met to achieve the objectives of the company ČZ a.s. in Strakonice. The aim of the the thesis is to analyse the system of personnel work in the given enterprise, to assess and evaluate it and subsequently design some changes which can lead to higher effectivity of management of this area. Proposals to improve the current personnel system in the company ČZ a.s. are the main outcome of the thesis. At present, the management of each company is well aware of how important feature human factor is. They realise that workers who know that their management shows interest in them, takes care of them and is not indifferent to their work environment and that they are properly rewarded for their performance are happy. Consequently, the workers have the feeling of importance for the company, which is further reflected in their work performance and prosperity of the whole enterprise.

The objective of my bachelor thesis was to analyze the level of personnel work and remuneration of the employees of the company and to suggest possible changes to improvement, because rewarding of the employees is a very important factor for management of a company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic facts about personnel work and related terms. For practical part of the bachelor thesis I chose Doppler CZ s.r.o., a production company, where I made a questionnaire research in which 28 respondents were engaged. In order to obtain a sample of respondent random selection was used. The purpose of research was to detect the opinion of the employees to target problems and to confirm or reject the given operational hypothesis. At the end of thesis I suggested few changes which should lead to improve rewarding system of the employees because of the fact that the staff is not satisfied with current level.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel working in small businesses. The theoretical part summarizes the principles and practices of personnel work in small businesses and are briefly outlined recruitment activities. Analytical section describes the specific small businesses and access to private activities and their actual implementation. The conclusion is based on the results of the analysis assesses the functioning of the HR functions within the plant and the proposed measures amendments and recommendations.

This thesis's objective was to analyse and evaluate change of HR management in the group ACTIV which had passed through the process of transformation within 2004 to 2006. ACTIV's staff growing had significant impact to the decision making processes and organisation of the whole group including HR management. The thesis's conclusion highlights positives and negatives of transformation process, especially in the part of personnel work and management of human resources.

Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The first part has for object to explain the main concept of personnel management and to characterize personnel work and scope of personnel practices. The second part intends to introduce Interpharma Praha a.s. and to describe its personnel management as well as chosen personnel practices in this organization and to evaluate personnel work by personnel clerk and by employees of the organization.

The analysis is made on comparation of established facts in the analyzed company and the theoretical knowledge of the personnel work. The analysis is supplemented by the some proposals to improve the current situation in the company.
