Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat úroveň personální práce, odměňování zaměstnanců společnosti a navržení případných změn, protože odměňování zaměstnanců je velmi důležitým faktorem pro řízení společnosti. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základních pojmech personální práce. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce jsem si vybral výrobní společnost Doppler CZ s.r.o., kde bylo také provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Za účelem získání vzorku respondentů byl použit nahodilý výběr. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit názory zaměstnanců na personalistiku a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit dané pracovní hypotézy. Na konci práce jsem navrhl několik změn, které by měly vést ke zlepšení systému odměňování ve společnosti. The objective of my bachelor thesis was to analyze the level of personnel work and remuneration of the employees of the company and to suggest possible changes to improvement, because rewarding of the employees is a very important factor for management of a company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic facts about personnel work and related terms. For practical part of the bachelor thesis I chose Doppler CZ s.r.o., a production company, where I made a questionnaire research in which 28 respondents were engaged. In order to obtain a sample of respondent random selection was used. The purpose of research was to detect the opinion of the employees to target problems and to confirm or reject the given operational hypothesis. At the end of thesis I suggested few changes which should lead to improve rewarding system of the employees because of the fact that the staff is not satisfied with current level.
