The matter of the bachelor´s thesis is the new building of single-storey kindergarden in the city of Litovel. The object is formed by lenghtwise brick supporting systém. Ceiling structure ,which is supporting structure of flat roof as well, is formed by prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The roof is flat, green. The object contains one department of the kindergarten for 24 children maximum. The main living room for children is oriented to the southern side.
Kindergarten in Moravany u Brno

Subject of my master´s thesis is to make project documentation for a new building of kindergarten. The building is single – storey, without basement and its capacity is 60 children divided into 3 classes. As foundation system of the building are used foundation strips. Floor plan of the building is irregular. The building is designed from construction system KM BETA. Building is covered by a flat roof.
Headquarters of racing team

The subject of this thesis is Headquarters of racing team. The building is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofing of the building is a combination of green flat roofs and single-flat roof with steel trusses. The building is designed as a single-storey, only part of the plan of the hall is a two-storey building. The building consists of two functionally separate parts.
Kindergarten in Horní Heršpice

The master´s thesis deals with the project documentation of the kindergarten in Horní Heršpice. The structure is designed as a detached building with one floor. The ground plan is in the shape of the letter „U“. The kindergarten has two compartments, each of which is intended for 20 children. There is also a kitchen and technical facilities in the building. Solid wood panels (type CLT) from the Novatop company were selected as the structural system. The building is based on foam glass, on which there is a reinforced concrete slab. One part of the building is topped by a flat „green roof“, and the second part with a slanted roof. Access to the building is from the north, where the parking is also situated.
Autosalon

This master thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation for constructing autosalon in Žďár nad Sázavou. Project and appendix are processed by current applicable laws, regulations and standarts. Designed object is situated on plat #6167/2. Both plat sis parts of cadastral area of Žďár nad Sázavou. There are all needed engineering netwoeks nearby. Object is divided on two functional parts, which are operationally and constructionally connected. First part is exhibition and representatice hall, which are capacity of 7 exhibited vehicles. Other partis formed by administrative facilities for staff including sanitary facilities for both staff and visitors. Second part is service for personal and light commercial vehicles with four working stations. Construction is designed reinforced concrete columnar structural system. Plan dimension autosalon is 31,06x22,6m. Plan dimension autoservise is 30,74x18,84m. The cladding autosalon is designed of ceramic tile 250mm. The cladding autoservis is designed of sandwich panel. Roof of building accross the surface is flat roof. Establishment of the object is a combination of footings and foundation belts. Cladding of exhibition hal lis more than 50% glazed. Parts of autosalon and autoservise are designed as sigle storey objects, while administrative part is designed as a two.
Senior cohousing

Senior cohousing is situated in the Moravian-Silesian Region in city Orlová and it is designed as complex. It is a new form of living for seniors in the Czech Republic. The loose translation could be „close neighbourly living for senior people. “ Access road to the complex is from Tešínská Street and then down the main road from the southeast on the car park. Near the car park there are three main buildings. Building A is the main common building for seniors’ meetings. Building B has a private doctor and a small gym. Building C is designed as technical premises. There are four types of family houses for seniors. Family house type 1 - in the complex 3x is suitable for two seniors. Family house type 2 - in the complex 2x is suitable for two seniors with moving difficulties. Family house type 3 - in the complex 3x is designed as semi-detached house for two senior couples. Family houses accommodate 30 seniors in 15 housing units. All the objects are brick, single-storey without cellar built up from HELUZ system with footings from plain concrete with foundation slab, flat roofs, contact insulation of perimeter walls, partly wood tiling. What is more, in senior cohousing there are senior playground, orchard park, lake, road inside the complex, pavements and paths.

Object is divided on three functional parts, which are operationally and constructionally connected. First part is exhibition and representative hall, with capacity of 11 exhibited vehicles. Second part is formed by administrative facilities for staff including sanitary facilities for both staff and visitors. Third part is service for personal and light commercial vehicles with three working stations. Construction is designed partially reinforced concrete columnar structural system and partially of brick longitudinal structural system. The biggest plan dimension of building is 34.3x35.15m. The cladding is designed of sandwich blocks LIVETHERM tl.400mm. Roof of building accross the surface is flat roof with several height levels. Establishment of the object is a combination of footings and foundation belts. Cladding of exhibition hall is more than 50% glazed. Parts of service and autosalon are designed as sigle storey objects, while administrative part is designed as a two.

The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a flat land in village Klimkovice. Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.
The Apartment block

The subject of this thesis is an apartment house villa type. This house is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofed building is a combination of flat roofs and truss. The house is in its conception conceived as a single-storey with different heights of dwellings, replicating outdoor terrain, only part of the plan is a two-storey building. The building is composed of four separate apartments, each with its own main entrance and access to the garden.
