This bachelor thesis deals with the entrepreneurial intention of business development. Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the explanation of basic concepts such as the structure of the business plan and business. The next part is the analytical section where is described the company and its current situation. And in the last part is suggested the process of develop the business and its real feasibility.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the financial situation of the company AC ENERGO, s.r.o. during the period between years 2014 - 2018. The first part contains the goals of the thesis as well as the used methodology. The second part is theoretical and describes the chosen methods of financial analysis, which are used to carry out the assessment. Individual indicators were applied on the selected company in the practical part and consequently, based on the results of the assessment, the suggestions for improvement of the financial situation of the company were described.

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of selected company in the monitored period 2013 to 2017. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis, where the selected indicators and other terms that are necessary for the financial analysis are specified. In the second part the selected company is characterized and calculation of financial analysis are performed, including the evaluation of the results. The last part presents own proposals to improve the situation of the company.

The Process of Selecting a Supplier for the Repairs of Machinery at the Manufacturing Plant

This bachelor thesis focuses on a process of selecting a supplier for repairs of machinery at a manufacturing plant in an External repair department. For the process clarity, a process map which describes the process and makes it clear was created. An analysis for partial activities was made, where time consuming activities were selected, for which steps to reduce duration of the process were devised. A SWOT analysis for the external repair department has been developed and evaluated, which should help to respond to opportunities and threats of the department better.

The practical part is focused on the bussines plan for the establishment of the yoga studio.

The main part of the thesis is the business plan itself and evaluation of plan feasibility.
