Differences in Real Estate Financing Between Mortgage Bank and Building Savings Bank

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of suitable alternatives for funding of own housing for specific model examples of clients and purposes. In the theoretical part there are defined the concepts associated with mortgages and building savings. The theoretical part is focused on the current trend in the market of mortgage financing in the Czech Republic. It also contains a prediction of further developments in the field of loan financing. In the practical part the theory is used for analyzing the offers of financial institutions and there is also selected an appropriate way of financing.
Methods of financial advisor solution client´s housing

This master´s thesis analyses the importance of living in own property, the possibilities of financing, especially construction saving loans and mortgages. I mention the current situation on the market of loans and mortgages and the estate market. In second part i describe the work of financial advisor and i include offered products, i suggest to clients the best possibilities of how to finance their property. I suggest options, compare them and recommend the most convenient one.
The future of building societies in the Czech Republic

Building societies always show stable performance, but the situation can change because of new banking trends. This bachelor thesis deals with current problems of the building society sector in the Czech Republic and possibilities of future development. The analysis has shown that the current economic situation in the banking and financial markets has affected disadvantageously both the building society sector and the banking sector as a whole. Period of low mortgage rates together with reducing state aid have caused a decline in clients' interest in construction loans. One of the factors that greatly affects the future of the sector savings is the existence of state aid and its amount. Performed analysis of the historical development of building societies as a whole led to the conclusion that a gradual reduction in state aid resulted in the worsening of financial position of each building society, as evidenced by the decline in long-term indicators of return on equity, which, according to my predictions, by the end of 2020, will make up 7.8 %.
Analysis of the use of building savings in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the possibilities of financing housing, in particular savings instrument. The main goal is to determine, what are the differences between building savings banks, especially in the product. Another goal is to monitor and evaluate the options selected housing financing in the Czech Republic. The work focuses on market analysis, building societies and comparison of their products. The first part deals with the explanation of the concepts of housing and savings, including the establishment process of building savings and loan drawdown of savings. Attention is also paid to support housing programs from various government entities. Another part describes building savings banks operating on the Czech market. The last part describes and compares the conditions of products, what conclusions arise that are described in the summary at the end of work. Finally, the work summarizes the most important facts from all the chapters.
Strategic analysis of the chosen company (bank)

The diploma thesis deals with strategic analysis of the selected bank. Its goal is to evaluate the company´s competitive position with regard to the specifics of the banking industry. The theoretical part includes the historical development of strategic management, defines the key analytical methods used in strategic analysis and describes the characteristics of the industry. Application of the analyses, their summarization and interpretation is included in the practical part. The thesis, inter alia, explains the principle of building savings and provides a broad overview of the topic. The results of the thesis could be used for decision making of external and internal users.
The comparison of housing credits from building societies and mortgage banks in the Czech Republic

The purpose of this work is to compare providing loans on housing from buildings society and mortgage banks in Czech republic and to process specific cases for households. The purpose of this work was to collect data, analyse and calculate them. From this collected data and calculations were drawn conclusions. Best possible choice of loans on housing for all of the model examples were found by conducted analysis. It was found out that offer from mortgage loans on housing of mortgage banks suits to all model examples conveniently than loans of building savings of building society. It is suitable for this work to take it as recommendation for people, who think about arranging their own household.
A comparisin of the providing of mortgage at S & L and at mortgage banks in the Czech Republic

The goal of the submitted thesis ?A comparisin of the providing of mortgage at S & L and at mortgage banks in the Czech Republic? is to analyze the expediency of house-funding by building society account and mortgage credit. The theoretical part is focused on description of every single one house-funding type. It introduces history and present of these products and describe them more deeply. The next part is focused on analysis of the present day of house-funding and the basic criteria for loan granting are defined. Then the credit product supply of selected banks and building societies on Czech market is analyzed. In the practical part the whole issue is demonstrated on 2 complex examples. The advantages and disadvantages of these products were also compared in the last part of the work.
A comparison of the providing of mortgage loans at building societies and mortgage banks in the Czech Republic

The aim this bachelor thesis is to compare conditions of providing mortgage between banks and building societies. Following bank institutions have been chosen for the comparison: Česká spořitelna a.s., Československá obchodní banka a.s., GE Money bank a.s., Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, a. s., Wüstenrot ? stavební spořitelna, a. s. and Stavební spořitelna České spořitelny, a.s. Firstly was chosen important criteria, which help client to choose bank. Compared offers was performed on three models examples with help tables and graphs. All of that was chosen the best of variant.
Analysis of selected building societies and their products and terms of building savings loan

The aim of the thesis, whose title is "Analysis of selected building societies and their products and terms of building savings loan", is to enable the general public in particular (clients or potential clients) to obtain comprehensive information about building savings, its functioning and important features, and subsequently to gain knowledge of products offered by the selected building societies operating on the Czech market. Special attention of the application part of the thesis is paid to the conditions fulfilling of which is demanded by the building companies before a loan agreement is signed. Thus the text of the thesis should give its readers knowledge of which obligations the particular building companies demand to be fulfilled before signing a loan agreement, and how these conditions differ in various building companies.

This bachelor thesis is about credit risk in czech buliding and loan associations (BLA). The beginning of the thesis focuses on buliding and loan product, mainly its loan part. Next part of the thesis describes loan risk in general and how it affects BLA. How it could be managed and measured. Last part compares loan risk in 5 czech BLA according to the information gathered from their annual reports and shows the best and worst BLA according to chosen criteria.
