Cílem diplomové práce, jejíž název zní "Analýza vybraných stavebních spořitelen a jejich produktů a podmínky poskytnutí úvěru ze stavebního spoření (bonita, zajištění úvěru, splnění účelovosti úvěru)" je umožnit zejména laické veřejnosti (klientům či potenciálním klientům) získat komplexní informace o stavebním spoření, jeho fungování a důležitých charakteristikách a následně z aplikační části získat přehled o produktech nabízených vybranými stavebními spořitelnami působícími na našem trhu. Zvláštní pozornost je v aplikační části diplomové práce věnována podmínkám, jejichž splnění stavební spořitelny požadují před uzavřením úvěrové smlouvy, zejména požadavkům na výši čistého měsíčního příjmu účastníka stavebního spoření a na zajištění úvěru. Z textu práce by tedy měli čtenáři získat přehled o tom, jaké podmínky jednotlivé stavební spořitelny požadují, aby klient před uzavřením úvěrové smlouvy splnil, a jak se tyto podmínky jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen liší. The aim of the thesis, whose title is "Analysis of selected building societies and their products and terms of building savings loan", is to enable the general public in particular (clients or potential clients) to obtain comprehensive information about building savings, its functioning and important features, and subsequently to gain knowledge of products offered by the selected building societies operating on the Czech market. Special attention of the application part of the thesis is paid to the conditions fulfilling of which is demanded by the building companies before a loan agreement is signed. Thus the text of the thesis should give its readers knowledge of which obligations the particular building companies demand to be fulfilled before signing a loan agreement, and how these conditions differ in various building companies.
