This bachelor thesis is focused on content analysis and comparison of selected accounting systems. The programs are compared according acquisition price, running costs and their parameters. In the first part are selection procedures and criteria described from theoretical point of view. Practical part deals with accounting system analysis, selection criteria and procedure suggestion for selection of appropriate accounting system. Thesis also includes evaluation procedure from transition from the old to the new economic system. The thesis is enclosed by software selection and implementation recommendations.

The thesis deals with the treatment of the input of the wine with the subsequent applications to the manufacture of aromatized wine-based drinks. A key element is the theoretical knowledge of the chemical composition of wine with his practical patent processing up to the real form of the final products, which can be placed on the market. Part of the thesis is a legislative preview over the issue and sensory and analytical evaluation in graphical and tabular form.

- The Institution of Complaint According to the Administrative Procedure Code The subject of this rigorous thesis is a special type of complaint, which is a complaint about certain kind of behavior or procedure in public administration. Author of this thesis generally defines the complaint as an individual submission of the complainant intended to achieve a correction of the perceived drawbacks. The element of the individuality differs this type of submission from petitions, for which the shared interest is characteristic. Unlike the petition law the legal regulation of the complaints is very problematic and fragmented. It happens to be a remnant of for a long time unsolved situation, where the complaints were regulated by a controversial governmental decree from 1958, which was issued by unauthorized government and which was intended as provisional only. Despite the subsequent polemics regarding its validity and binding effect was this decree abolished as of 1 January 2006 relatively without any substitute. Until that time the complaints were regulated in a plenty of special acts, but the general regulation was missing. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of reporting in a company. Through a deep analysis of internal and external environment, it seeks to identify and define the company's needs in order to determine the ideal form of business reports. The theoretical part describes what reporting is, what it serves and what general reasons there are for its compilation. In the practical part, I try to find the reasons for compiling reports in the company and define the form of business reports in the drafting solution. The conclusion of this thesis evaluates its goal achievement.

Problems of Administration of Blood Transfusions

v AJ Topics of my study, its evaluation and final report for my bachelor's degree cover special topics and problems of blood transfusion administration. The literaty outfit of this study is dividend into a theoretical and a practical part. Theoretical chapters deal directly with basic problems of the subject and with principles of administration of blood transfusions in hospitalized patients. Description of anatomy and physiology of blood and its components, medical terminology of blood transfusions, their history, composition of blood products, guidelines for transfusion administration, adverse effects and complications form the introduction of the entire issue. Following practical part and chapters cover the background, aim and hypotheses considering the research - its methods and results. Data from MCQ - multiple choice questionnaires are presented in tables and graphs and discussed. Several interviews and experts' opinions and commentaries are added. Main data on administration of transfusions cover knowledge, practical realization of guidelines and standards in transfusion medicine in healt care providers, especially nurses, their clinical sense for patients' status and signs, cooperation with physicians, their immediate steps when confronted with transfusion adverse events and complications,...

A Study on the Techniques and Methods in German-Czech Translations at the Time of the Renaissance and the Reformation

The thesis is a contribution to the field of Translation Studies focusing on Translation History. It is concerned with the techniques and methods used in German-Czech translations at the time of the Renaissance and the Reformation. Three selected German texts form the 16th and early 17th century and their first translations into Czech were analysed in this work in order to revise and further extend the current research findings on translations of the period and to provide an overview of the main problems connected with investigation of old prints. Based on our original analysis we conclude that the translation techniques and methods used in the time of the Renaissance and the Reformation were very diverse and often mutually contradictory. No evidence of consistent translation strategies or any universal translation norm was found within the scope of our analysis.

Repositioning of Birell brand as a tool for potential growth and entry to other categories

Positioning is a key element of brand's strategic management and it is often a driver for success on given market. In every brand's life cycle there can be a moment, where current positioning simply doesn't work anymore, so there is need to reposition the brand to modify the current one or develop a new one. The main goal of this master thesis is to give readers full detail of the whole process of repositioning and to create ideal scenario for this process in FMCG market. I describe all most important parts of the brand and its strategic management related to positioning in the theoretical part. In the practical part I use a method of case study of Birell brand to describe real example of repositioning. This case study also includes reasons and consequences of the repositioning. In conclusion of the thesis, there is compiled ideal scenario of the whole process, that can serve as a basis for further research or as a instruction for future projects.

Nursing procedures in taking blood pressure

By blood pressure is meant lateral pressure or the side pressure of a blood column on the side of a vessel. The pressure is created thanks to the action of heart as a blood pump. This pressure is not the same in different parts of the bloodstream. By the blood pressure is meant the arterial pressure or pressure in the artery, so the pressure in big blood vessels. The highest values are reached in the expulsion phase of the heart action, which is called systole. The lowest values are reached in the phase of filling heart chambers, which is called diastole. The sole nursing procedures required in the process of taking a blood pressure reading are many and all must be followed. This thesis is composed of a theoretical part and practical part. Introduction to the theoretical part is composed of the main terminology from the physiology of blood pressure. In the theoretical part we follow with division on hypotension and hypertension, which are the most common diseases related to blood pressure, with diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. This thesis also offers information about measuring blood pressure by the invasive and the non-invasive method. The theoretical part is focused on the importance of the nurse in the process of measuring blood pressure with emphasis on her knowledge and practical skills.

Event Management

Event is an experience that is perceived by all the senses. Event management is a process involving the various activities that are assigned to staffers. Organizing special events became an individual field. If the manager understand the events as a communication platform gets into the hands of a modern, multifunctional and very impressive tool. The procedure to implement a successful event in a particular area is part of this work. The first part explains the issues of event management on the basis of studied literature. Attention is focused on management, managerial functions ,event management and his inclusion in the marketing mix and the sport management .
The second part of thesis follows the practice, which the author participated in the company CZetGolf a. s. at the resort in Benátky nad Jizerou. Golf resort organizes tournaments for almost a year. One of the newly introduced series of tournaments called Benátecký divočák in this work is described in detail including all phases of the organization of the tournament. Research, analysis of the data and synthesis of obtained information leads to the development of proposals and advice for next year a series of tournaments.
