Gymnastics hall in Púchov
Mikulica, Adam ; Horáček, Martin (referee) ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to design and check the construction of a steel gymnastics hall. The structure consists of two connected parts, the mail hall whit the floor plan dimensions of 18x30 m and an extension of the floor plan dimensions of 9x30 m. The building is situated in Púchov. The modular distance of the main frames is 6 m. The computational model of construction was built up using Dlubal RFEM software.
Multi-storey building
Hasil, Tadeáš ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is structural design multi-storey building a department store. The structure is designed for the site Brno.Static calculation is solved by a combination of manual calculation and calculation using software R-STAB.The steel structure is placed between the reinforced concrete towers. The purpose of reinforced concrete is vertical transport. Transversal course is dividet to 6,0+3,0+6,0=15m.Longitudal course is dividet to 9x6,0m = 54m
Roof over the Administration Buildings Forecourt
Baculak, Ladislav ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Brosch, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis describes the design and assessment of the roof structure that covers the courtyard of office buildings. Structure has a regular floor plan and roof height is 15,0 m. The material if the structure is steel S355, bolts 8.8., steel of the pins is S355. Construction is located in Brno. Two options were produced and designed, evaluated according to the latest standards.
The Structure of the Atypical Family House in Vrchlabí
Vondráček, Vít ; Hron, Lukáš (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The subject of master’s thesis is design and assessment of steel load-bearing construction of atypical family house in Vrchlabí. Structure is designed as multi-storey steel structure, cooperating with stiff concrete core. The design was considered in four different options which combines possibility of using steel, steel and timber with different way of stiffness for whole structure. There is also composite steel-concrete alternative floor trimmer for selected option. Design and assessment was conducted in accordance with the applicable standards and by using software Scia Engineer.
Slab bridge in the Vlaské village
Zemánek, Tomáš ; Olšák, Martin (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis solves design of perpendicular road bridge over the Morava river in village Vlaské. Bridge object transfers communication of 2nd road class II/312, communication category is S7,5. For design are processed 3 studies. Variant no. 2 was selected for more broad processing. The issue is post-tensioned concrete haunched slab of height 0,900m and lenght 20,850m. Calculation of load is analysed by software SCIA engineer 2015. The design and assessment of the structure are made according to valid standards and regulations.
Shopping centre entrance area
Čech, Ondřej ; Sýkora, Karel (referee) ; Brosch, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis describes the design and assessment of roof structure that covers entrance of the shopping center. Structure has an irregular floor plan and roof height is 16.5 m. The material of the structure is steel S355. The construction is located in Hradec Kralove. Two options were processed that were designed and evaluated according to applicable standards. The work also includes the design of anchoring and selected joints.
Design of pneumatic cylinder testing equipment
Macek, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of test equipment for selected types of pneumatic cylinders. In the first, theoretical, part of the work is an analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of pneumatic cylinders. Furthermore, the problems in the field of measurement and testing of pneumatic components are described here, selected linear position sensors are also described herein too. The second, practical, part deals with the choice of a suitable design variant and the actual solution of the test equipment design. A pneumatic circuit is also designed here. Part of the work is a 3D model of the test equipment and drawing documentation. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the overall evaluation of the work and recommendations for practice.
Pedestrian bridge over the Svratka river in Brno
Škrabal, Jan ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the structural design of a one span pedestrian bridge over the Svratka River in Brno. The arch bridge with axially suspended deck on a steel arch was chosen for the assessment out of three options. It is a self-anchored structure, so that the tensile force in the deck must be eliminated by prestressing. For the calculation of internal forces the Scia Engineer 18.1 program was used. Two models were created – one for the longitudinal direction, the second one for transverse direction. Structural design was handled according to the valid standards and regulations.
Magnetic separator for recycling construction and demolition waste
Kovařík, Martin ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This work contains a search of available equipment for the separation of ferromagnetic material and the design of a specific design solution of a magnetic separator for the recycling of ferromagnetic waste from construction and demolition waste. According to the entered parameters, the calculations necessary for the correct design of the machine were performed. Part of the work is drawing documentation of selected parts and assemblies of the device.
Structural design of heat exchanger pair
Pernica, Marek ; Buzík, Jiří (referee) ; Naď, Martin (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with structural design of twin heat exchanger with vertically stacked horizontal vessels according to CSN EN 13 445 standard. Brief introduction and basic characteristics of shell and tube heat exchangers is performed in the beginning part of the thesis. Design of the heat exchanger was initially performed using design by formula (DBF), which was verified by specialized software Sant´Ambrogio. Since this approach does not include methods for assessment of the nonstandard connection between the vessels, simulations of significant load states were performed using FEM analyses followed by result evaluation using stress categories.
