Guesthouse with Restaurant

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a new guesthouse with a restaurant. The building is located in a slightly sloping terrain in the cadastral area of the village Vlasatice Brno-venkov in the South Moravian Region in the Czech Republic. The ground-plan shape of the building is mostly rectangular with folded facade parts. It is a partially basement building, to a lesser extent, recessed below ground level with three above-ground floors. The pension has a total of 22 rooms with a total capacity of 46 persons for short-term accommodation. Four rooms on the first floor are designed as wheelchair accessible. For the proper operation of the pension there is a reception on the first floor and an office with the appropriate meeting room on the second floor. One-storey part of the building consists of a restaurant with a capacity of 76 persons, which is designed as a frame skeleton with intensive vegetation single-skin flat roof. The preparation and meals and service of the restaurant is ensured by the kitchen together with its operations and respective warehouses located on the first floor. The basement is used primarily for the operation of the guesthouse, which is located air-conditioning engine room, utility room, workshop or warehouse. The building is for the most part bricked and the peripheral, internal bearing or partition walls are made of polished ceramic blocks porotherm. External walls are insulated with contact insulation system ETICS of gray EPS polystyrene. The glazed Schüco façade is used as the shell of the skeleton structure. The construction of the ceiling is composed of filigree ceiling panels and a singlelayer flat roof with a slope of 3% is used for roofing the building. The thesis contains project documentation for the realization of the construction.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in the southwestern part of the village Holubice. The building is designed as a detached building with four above-ground and one underground floor partly below ground level. In the apartment building with a single-layered flat roof, there are 8 residential units, technical facilities and house equipment. There is also a designed elevator in the building. The drawing part is processed using the AutoCad program, the visualization is processed in the ArchiCad and Lumion program.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new building of a detached residential building in Zábřeh. The form corresponds to the project documentation for the building permit. It is a two-storey, basement building with a flat roof based on the base passages. On the above floors are 5 residential units for 12 people. In the 1st floor there is an apartment with barrier-free access. A stroller storage and a cleaning room are available for all users in 1st floor. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments, a boiler room and a common dryer. Parking is done in front of a building on a paved surface. The construction system is a two-way brickwork of the Porotherm masonry elements except for the perimeter masonry, which is made of a reinforced concrete system. The ceiling structure is made of Miako brick inserts and ceramic concrete ceiling POT beams. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction and layout of a newly built apartment building in Uherské Hradiště on plot no. 885/1 in Zahrádky Street. This is a basement building with above-ground floors. There are 10 flats on the upper floors in the basement there are common areas of home equipment and cellars for individual flats. The ground floor consists of 3 residential units a cleaning room and a carriage house. There are 4 residential units on the second floor and there are on the third floor 3 housing units. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The vertical construction system consists of ceramic blocks in the above-ground part and BEST formwork in the underground part the horizontal construction is made of ceramic concrete. The roof of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The land on which construction is planned is grassy over the entire area. The entrance to the building is situated on the east side. The projected accommodation capacity is for 24 people. Adjacent to the building is a parking area about 17 parking spaces, of which 1 is for people with reduced mobility.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the design of an apartment building in the village of Pustiměř. The building is designed as a detached house. It has a rectangular shape and is covered by a flat single-skin roof. On the first floor there is a background of the house and a garage, other parking spaces are provided on the plot. The floors of the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor are used for living and there are a total of 6 housing units, each with a size of 4 + kk. The apartment building is brick with a contact thermal insulation system, the 1st floor made of lost BEST formwork cast in concrete and tied with fittings, and the 2nd floor made to the 4th floor made of YTONG aerated concrete blocks. The ceiling structure is reinforced concrete monolithic. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design and processing of project documentation for the new building of the Žabka Kindergarten at the level for construction. The proposed building is located in the outskirts of the village of Dvur Králové nad Labem. This parcel is not located in a flooded or mined area. The main purpose was to create a pleasant and at the same time modern kindergarten environment for children. It is a detached building with two floors above ground. On the ground floor there are two classrooms with access to the terrace, which continues to the children's playground with a garden. On the floor above, we find one classroom for children with facilities and a large terrace with the possibility of entry. The main entrance to the building is on the east side. Each class has its own specific color, the main part of the building is orange. The building is based on foundation belts made of plain concrete in combination with lost formwork. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures will form walls made of sand-lime blocks. The facade consists of a fiber cement board with a ventilated gap. The horizontal structures are made of prestressed prefabricated panels. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The new building of the Žabka Kindergarten is designed to be economical.

The subject of the master´s thesis is project documentation for construction of kindergarten building in Znojmo, city part Přímětice. Designed building is detached, two storeyed with partial ceiling and single-skin flat roof. In first floor there are located two classrooms totalling 40 children from age 3 to 6 years old. In underground floor are located rooms with technical facilities and mechanical room for elevator. In the second floor there are located three clubrooms for rent with sanitary facilities. Load-bearing masonry in above-ground floors is constructed of sand-lime blocks, in underground floor load-bearing masonry is made of concrete blocks filled with concrete and connected with reinforcing bars. Horizontal load-bearing structure are designed of prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete slabs. The object is founded on plain concrete foundation strips and is roofed with a single-skin flat roof. Facade is designed as ventilated, insulated with mineral wool and with metal panelling.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new detached residential apartment building in Přelouč, in the form of project documentation for construction. It is a non-cellar building with four above-ground floors, based on base strips and covered by a single-layer flat roof. On the above floors are 6 flats of 3 + kk with balconies. On the first floor there is a technical background, individual garages and storage areas for the inhabitants of the flats. The construction system is made of the Porotherm masonry components. The ceiling structure consists of the Porotherm system of Miako ceramic inserts. The whole building is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system with Isover basalt insulation.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a proposal for the elaboration of project documentation for an apartment building for a building permit and construction. The considered area for the proposed building is a system of plots in the cadastral area of Sadová in Brno (South Moravian Region). It is a partially basement building with three floors, which is located on a slight slope. The building has 12 residential units of various layouts, of which one apartment is adapted for people with disabilities. The apartments have loggias, balconies or terraces, which provides an above-standard view of the surroundings. The building also has an outdoor parking spaces. Lime-sand bricks are designed as load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry, and monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings are designed. The building will be insulated using the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Facade colors will be chosen in shades of white and gray. The building also has an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase.

The apartment building is designed as a basement with three floors. On the first floor there is a non-residential space and it is a dentist's office and one apartment that is adapted for the needs of the immobile. In the second to third floor there are four residential units. There are common areas for tenants in the basement. The building is designed as a brick from brick blocks covered by a flat roof.
