Tato bakalářská práce se řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby Malého bytového domu v Trenčíně. Bytový dům je řešen jako podsklepený se třemi nadzemními podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází nebytový prostor a to ordinace zubaře a taky jeden byt který je uzpůsoben pro potřeby imobilního. Ve druhém až třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází celkem čtyři bytové jednotky. V suterénu se nachází společné prostory pro nájemníky bytů. Objekt je řešen jako zděný z cihelných bloků zastřešen plochou střechou. This bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of the Small Apartment Building in Trenčín. The apartment building is designed as a basement with three floors. On the first floor there is a non-residential space and it is a dentist's office and one apartment that is adapted for the needs of the immobile. In the second to third floor there are four residential units. There are common areas for tenants in the basement. The building is designed as a brick from brick blocks covered by a flat roof.
