Office Building
Marek, Václav ; Ostrý, Milan (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
The thesis describes design of an L-shaped two-storey office building in Chotěboř, which can work with saving energy and be careful to nature. Using renewable materials and new technical equipments. At the end of the design, there should be a building that will be architecturally interesting, energy-efficient and use renewable resources. It is a two-storey building, which is designed for office working and one part of building can be used for teaching science. Main roof on administration part has saddle shape, second roof on part which science centre has flat roof. Both roofs are intensive green roof overgrown with plants. For day illumination, there are design French windows with openings parts. Most of the first floor and the whole second floor belongs to offices and auxiliary staff rooms, toilets, etc. First floor also includes a small training centre with one classroom and necessary facilities (toilet, staff room, etc.). The load-bearing structures (foundations, walls, columns, floor and roof slabs, etc.) are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Load bearing vertical elements are walls, columns, and posts. Part of the first floor exceeding the layout of the second floor is covered with a flat green roof. Second floor is covered with a saddle green roof. All drawings and 3D rendering were done using ArchiCAD software.

Therefore should be built in such building structures that allow for flexibility and change users, including variability in surface require for their production activities. The solution subject is new building of production halls. The building site is located in Telc, on sloping ground near the Třebíčská street. This is a one-story buildings that are build to each other in level , thus using gradient terrain. Administrative and office building has two floors and is located at the entrance to the complex. Static analysis of the office building
Golisová, Michaela ; Mašek, Jan (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis contains design and structural analysis of monolitic reinforced concrete frame structure of a high rise office building. Spatial bar model was created from my own design using RFEM software, in which it was then linearly statically analysed using Finite Element Method. RF - CONCRETE plug-in was used for prelminary design of necessary reinforcement.
Industrial Building
Tretyakov, Alexey ; Mládek, Jan (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
In this thesis is solved detail design of industrial building. It is a new storage hall and connected to it the two-story office building. In areas of an office building is located facilities for staff of hall and office workspace. Handling products in the hall will be performed by a forklift. The building is designed for a capacity of 15 employees. The office building has a load bearing structural system. Walls and ceiling structures are made up of panels of filigree. Foundations, including flooring of the first floor, are constructed from waterproof concrete. The office building is roofed by flat roof. The main supporting structure of the storage hall is designed as precast reinforced concrete frame. Cladding consists of insulating panels. Like in the office building, the hall is roofed by flat roof. Due to anticipate of the differential settlement of the office building and the storage hall parts are separated by a dilatation joint.
Reinforced concrete load-bearing construction
Kozumplík, Lukáš ; Kraut, Jan (referee) ; Šulák, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on a structural analysis of a multi-storey office building. The Loadbearing structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. In the thesis there is analysed a selected floor slab, a column, a foundation pad, a part of loadbearing wall and a precast staircase. Computation of internal forces is carried out by computational software SCIA Engineer. The Results from the software are verificated via simplified manual method. Assessment of a structure is done according to valid standards and regulations.
