The bachelor thesis deals with the use of statistical methods, time series and regressive analysis, as the effective tool for evaluation of characteristics and efficiency of the company and its outer surroundings, mainly macroeconomic. The goal will be to analyze the data by this means, to compare them and to make the conclusions. From the knowledge of historical data and forecasting preconditions for the future, the company will gain clearer image about strategy and its direction.

The analytical part deals with the benefit for employees at the particular employer, when employer implemented new bonus, which its goal is to increase employee attendance system. Evaluated efficiency this established solution and includes suggestions for improvement in the future.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees through benefits with a focus on their tax aspects. First, on the basis of literature research, it defines the theoretical requirements of individual benefits in connection with legislation. Subsequently, with the help of analysis and personal questioning, decides how to appropriately propose remuneration in a company with a higher rate of employee turnover. Finally, three propositions reflecting the demands of employees and management are set out.

The Bachelor thesis, in seven chapters, deals with the motivation and pay of employees by looking at tax regulations. In the theoretical part, there is a literary research on motivation and its types, the distribution of benefits and the consequent tax implications at the employee and employer, which lead to the processing of the next part. The analytical part of the bachelor's thesis briefly describes the company and the benefits provided. This section also includes an evaluation of the questionnaire investigation technique that was conducted in the company. In the last part of the bachelor's thesis, I present the recommended benefits that were identified by the questionnaire investigation, as well as the outlined benefit proposals that the company could include in its remuneration system.

This bachelor thesis is focused on compensation system matters in the company. The first part contains a review of literature that more approached the issues of compensation in greater detail. Literary Review explains basic concepts such as compensation, salary and employee benefits. The second part focuses on the ana-lysis of the compensation system in the company XY. To identify strength and weakness of compensation system, a survey was conductied amonngs a target group using a questionnnaire amongs employees a and operatos. The weaknes-ses were defined as: W1 insufficient employee benefits, W2 sales contests, W3 absence of progression of wages and W4 absence of "sick days". The strengths of the company included: S1 recruitment bonus, S2 DNK program, S3 basic time wage rate, and S4 performance rate. After evaluation analysis, proposals were forwar-ded to management for their consideration.
The System of motivation and remuneration of employees

The bachelor thesis analyzes the system of motivation and remuneration of employees in a manufacturing company located in South Bohemia. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on definitions of basic concepts related to the motivation theories and principles of remuneration in Czech Republic. Practical part gives general information about the company and analyzes its system of motivation and remuneration. This analysis is followed by an employee satisfaction survey with concrete output and constructive suggestions from employees for possible improvements of current system. Detailed steps for realization of suggested changes are described in the end of the practical part. These steps should increase employee motivation and thus lead to their higher productivity and their satisfaction at work. Two methods were used to analyze current system of motivation and remuneration of employees in the company: an employee satisfaction survey and interviews with top management.
